The customer service is this store is awful! Nevermind the good reviews, because more than likely they were placed by store staff. Anyway the quality of service is a hit or miss at this Walmart. Most are very unfriendly and rude. Dont care about you the customer, just a paychek. Going to the managers is a complete waste of time! They are untrained idiots who give you this fake comapassion when a problem arise or pretty much they blow you off. There are only a very few cashiers that I know and are complete Gems!!! This management staff has gotten away with so much bullcrap, until its no wonder their attitudes are like that. Asset protection manager Stephanie has a horrible attitude!!!! Everytime, you request the "Store Manager" or the "GM" you get this nasty woman or another staff goon. Im am so over this location! and Walmart in general! This never happens at Target. Like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for"....Pay cheap/low prices = Very Poor customer service, ect. I dont care about the longer drive or extra money, I will shop at Target for products and Publix or Krogers for grocery! Dont waste your time at this ghetto location.

For as busy as it is the Pharmacy people are as dedicated and on top of things as they can be. If you treat them right and realize just how busy it can get, you will be treated right on a first name basis right back. Sometimes Ive had to wait longer than I wanted to but I could always see just how busy it was, and many times the problems were generated by customers and not the staff. When the line was too long, I just did some other shopping, and found that soon, the line would go down again. Comparing their service and effectiveness to other Walmart pharmacys and even other pharmacys in general, the service here is as good as it can be. Of course inconsiderate customers are going to have a problem no matter what.

This is a store filled with the laziest people in Gwinnett county. I called 4 times and was put on hold for over an hour being bounced around the store several times with no one ever answering the phone. I finally drove up to the store where the manager did assist in my exchange, but when I asked if they could check the stock room for the item I was looking for they simply told me they knew it wasnt back there. I asked them if they would walk back there and check and she said NO I could go to another store. Trust me, this Wal-Mart will NEVER get another dime of my money. These people need to learn to be grateful for their job and realize that the only way to earn ones business is to help their customers.

Great customer service! The problem with Wal-Marts in general is there are little to any lines open. Im 9 months pregnant and had to wait in a long line because there were only 3 lanes open that werent self check out. Where are all the workers at, is the question? The ones that are working are on overdrive and it isnt fair to them. On top of all of this I had to walk to the far back of the store to grab eggs because I grabbed the wrong type of eggs for my WIC vouchers. That is unacceptable. Any other store Ive ever...EVER went to never had me walk and grab the right item, they did it for me. Not satisfied at all.

Had to update my review on this walmart from 3 stars to 4 stars. I have had two recent experiences at this Walmart that have been outstanding, both in the electronics department. Both employees on the two separate occasions went above and beyond to help my wife and I out when choosing these two different products. This would indicate that this is a general attitude throughout the store. This is the closest I have come to giving a Walmart 5 Stars (one more experience like the past two and they will have earned it).

My son and I came out of the bathroom. We asked an associate about getting paper towels to dry our hands. She just looked at me and walked away. I never felt so disrespected by someone paid to help you. I told a manager, Donald, about the situation and he was apologetic and said it will be addressed. Lets hope I never have to see her again. She was a middle aged black woman with back length dreadlocks, peppered with gray hair (I didnt catch her name).

While checking out, was looking for a diet drink for my client. Without asking, Nikki came over to me, smiled and asked if I needed help with anything and proceeded to direct me where I could find the drink. She was cheerful and upbeat and is a great asset to the Centerville Walmart. Refreshing to see an employee who take initiative. Shauwn also did an excellent job in the auto department took initiative and was very efficient.

A WORD LIKE THEYRE TRYING TO GET THE MONEY IS UN-ACCEPTABLE AND YELLING INFRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS IS SO RUDE! WE WENT THERE TO GET THE MONEY OFCOURSE! CASHIER CHARGE US TWICE FOR THE ITEM. The service is fine, however, why are the shelves always bare? I have never seen a Walmart so poorly stocked on such a consistent basis, ever. I shop at walmart maybe 3-4 times per week. Whether it be by my job, on the way home, or by my house and this Wal-Mart is always without or on its last. Today was my last day shopping at this store, Ill drive the extra miles.

This Walmart is poorly stocked. The toy aisle is desolate. The craft supplies were hard to find, divided into two different areas, both poorly stocked. There were few cashiers and the self checkout never works properly. Good spot for oogling "The People of Walmart" though, at 5 pm I spotted an adult woman shopping in a one piece animal footie pajamas outfit.

I really think that you need to do more training in the paint department Ive went in there 4 times and got the store manager for assistant people and no one knew how to color match paint and no one even offered to say what maam hey Im sorry that we couldnt help you they didnt even give me nothing but Im sorry maybe you should go to another store so I do

As I do every week i went today to buy groceries but could not find my Eight oclock coffee?, I asked the man there he said they quit selling it because it was not profitable? I spend a lot of money at this store every week, $150-200 + why not just charge a little more? I ordered it on Amazon for for less money, maybe I should start shopping at Kroger?

The store is mediocre. I shop here if it is my last resort. If you dont allow the rudeness/attitude of the staff effect you, then you can go about shopping. The staff is far from courteous, few registers are open, so lines are long, hard to find assistance if needed, also at this location, make sure you price check (price posted usually is higher)

A little bit old, but about what you expect when you walk into a Walmart. They do have scan and go, which is convenient when it works (about half the times Ive tried to use it unfortunately) and plenty of self check out lanes. They only have a small crafts section. The grocery and housewares is average for a Walmart though.
