Melonie Wilson: I am having the exact same problem as Anita Murphy. I solicited their services when I purchased a high dollar underwater LED lighting system for our vessel last year from AVC. They were professional and courteous during my initial dealings with them but roughly 6 months later one of my LED lights went out. Since the lights came with a year warranty my husband called to have the light replaced. We both called and left messages repeatedly but none of our calls were ever returned. 2 months later My husband then went to their place of business to catch someone there (we live over a hour away) and was told that they would happily replace the light free of charge. The date was set to haul the boat out of the water and have the light replaced but when that day came we were called by AVC and told that they needed to cancel because it was far too windy. It was indeed very windy that day so we agreed. They claimed that they would call us back with another date to haul the boat out. This was in September of 2016 and we havent heard from them yet despite repeatedly calling. While I dont blame them for the faulty light that was manufactured by SeaBlaze, I am however extremely disappointed in their service and therefore could not suggest this company for future business.

I cant say enough about AVC Marine. They have done all the lighting upgrades to my boat and it looks amazing. The first upgrade was underwater swim deck lights and the second upgrade was speaker light rings. They are always courteous, professional, and honest. Most importantly, they communicated with me throughout both process and they completed the work in the time frame they said they would at the price they quoted. Thanks again AVC Marine. Cant wait to see this all lit up at a full moon party!!!

I have been a customer of AVC for many years. Not only do they perform excellent work the first time, but they stand behind it. If I ever had a problem, they worked me into their schedule and made it right. I have recommended them to everyone I know, and not one person has regretted their decision to go with AVC over the competition. From simple radio installs to fully customized solutions, AVC is the best in the business. I wouldnt trust my marine electronics to anyone else.

AVC does excellent work...however once you purchase from them and your equipemt is installed you are on your own. I have called on and off for more than a year trying to get someone to help troubleshoot what is wrong with my system only to be told they would call me back. I have given up and am having everything I purchased from them removed and have bought new. Im taking it elsewhere to have it all installed.

These guys do things right the first time. They use high quality materials that are rated for the marine environment, unlike a lot of other people. They really do have your best interest in mind and will treat you like family. Easily 5 stars and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
