EDITED: EVAN HAS LEFT THE STORE! Ive always had a great experience when I have visited this store. Evan is an exceptional guy. He really knows what he is doing and he is a very straight forward, honest salesman. He is friendly and funny and every time Ive been to pay my bill or buy a device, I never feel like he is wasting my time when he tells me about the new plans or features because he is genuinely trying to help me save money and make my life more convenient. This is a franchise AT&T, but thats even better than it being corporate (to me) because you dont have to wait in long lines to wait for your name to be called. At Evans store you walk right in and youre immediately greeted by one of their few employees. From that moment, you are who they are focusing on. They have good prices and these guys are representing AT&T extremely well and selling the same great signal you get with them, along with the latest and greatest phones and they have years of experience with cell phones. They are doing a wonderful job without all of the benefits for themselves as those corporate employees get. So, next time you visit them; pay attention to how well you are treated, the convenience and fast service you get and listen to how informative Evan will surely be. They will remember you by name after a couple of visits and know what kind of phone you have. And just think, you wont have to keep explaining yourself over and over to different people because youll be dealing with the same people at their small store. Appreciate those characteristics of your visit and then decide how much it is worth it to spend your money there. You wont regret making your purchases at their store. I havent.

I called this store at around 6pm on February 24th to inquire about getting an Lg G3. The woman who answered sounded older and said her name was "Nikki". She was very rude and short with me. She cut me off mid-sentence multiple times and refused to tell me if they had any Lg G3s in store. She told me she didnt know if I was a thief and thus could not reveal if they had any G3s in stock. I told her that she shouldnt speak to me that way as I am the CUSTOMER and she is the EMPLOYEE. She apologized almost mockingly and asked if I was going to be buying the phone today, to which I said yes. She told me "Well, we close at 7. So, you should probably go ahead and leave your house." Then she hung up on me. Absolutely terrible...terrible...TERRIBLE customer service and the worst manners I have ever experienced. I would be more inclined to visit this store if the woman I spoke with no longer worked there but unless I have that knowledge I will never visit this store or call this store again.

There is no comparison between AT&T company stores and franchise stores. This is a franchise store. Evan Stull, the manager and Ricardo spent a lot of time with me before I bought the Samsung Galaxy Note. If I ever have any trouble or problems I will go there and know it will be taken care of rather than the multiple phone menues that AT&T recommends one to go to. I have been in multiple times after purchasing it and they have continued to be polite and helpful. Even though it has not been on the market long, Evan has been knowledgable the many new features. I would recommend this location to friends and family if they decide to go to AT&T, They are really worth the extra distance to get there.

The location is very helpful. Its not a busy and they are fast and efficient. They are not just sellers they give you the complete package. The store manger is very technical and will find ways to give you more and while paying less. I signed up for DirecTV and so far it has been awesome. Go check them out!

I visited this store twice in two days. Both visits were positive customer experiences. They far exceeded my recent experiences at corporate sites.
