If i could give this place zero stars i would! My issue was not the store itself, but the tire and lube center. I bought some new tires about a year ago and they put them on for me, there was no problem at all until i came back a couple of months after for a tire rotation. I wanted all four tires rotated. I left the car and went to run some errands. I get a phone call 10mins later telling me that they couldnt get my passengers side tires to come off(okay, no big deal), so i went back to pick up my car. While i was driving it back home i notice that my steering wheel got super shakey everytime i went under 40mph. So i went back the next day, and as soon as i pull up i tell the girl whats going on. This william guy walks up to me and he goes like " We didnt do anything to your car yest, we couldnt" He was super rude from the start, so i showed him the receipt that they give me(he was the one who worked on my car!) He then tried to tell me that my front tire has a problem and that he couldnt tighten my lug nuts right and that every time he tried they would go soft after 20seconds. So he gave me back my car with loose lug nuts and he let me drive it home without even mentioning the problem!! After that he takes off my tire to try to "see" what the problem is and then another guy(i assume he was the manager) comes to see whats going on and then he proceed to tell him that you cant rotate front and back tires cuz they are different sizes. Mr. William then looks at me and explains that thats the reason to my shakey steering wheel. I asked him if he was aware of that when he rotated my tires yesterday and he said that he wasnt. So maybe this guy should be working at the deli instead.

I came in to return 2 items that I bought at a Walmart in Florida. I had the receipts and the card that it was purchased on. The lady that helped me was rude from the beginning. Apparently you cant return items without the UPC on them anymore. And she was rude explaining it to me. Well I had the receipt that PROVED I bought it. I work customer service and return items everyday, I know how it works. Well She called a manager, Rachel. She was very helpful and got what I needed. She told the lady who was helping me to go ahead and return the products for me. Well I guess that kissed her off, she started scanning the receipts and typing in the stuff and just told me to sign and didnt explain if she was giving me cash or back on my card, so I had to ask, she rolled her eyes. Thats no way to act in customer service. I asked what her name was and she said in Spanish so fast that I couldnt understand her and I asked her twice and then she said "would you like me to write it down" extremely hateful. I am not happy with how she handle things at all. Every time I come to this Walmart I leave angry. They need better customer service.

Mom and I went to this Walmart today to get stuff for dinner tonite and I needed shorts. We were able to find everything ok and there were actually two shorts I had to fit; a blue one and a black one. The blue ones were a little too big and the black one I was able to get on alright. When I was checking for the price tag, it was on the inside of the shorts. I handed to a clerk (Jimmie) who was able to help, but it was a little rude of him to snatch it out of my hand, and he said they were $3, cuz they were on the clearance rack and actually a great price for one pair of shorts. Overall: B+

The staff member Blanca in the hot deli department dropped the chicken on the floor picked it up and the it right in fryer. The assistance manager Rick responded to me I will tell her to drop a new basket as though that would take care if it. I advised him she was way too comfortable doing that as I watched in my opinion this is probably not the first time. His response was inappropriate additional action and teaching is needed for this person. Very disgusting and disappointed. Made my stomach turn it was almost like this was the norm fir them.

We use to get cake from other bakeries in our area. Once in emergency we got a cake from this Walmart. It was amazing. After that for each birthday, wedding anniversary and other party we order cake from here. Cake in picture was really tasty and nice. Martha Sanchez makes great cakes. She know her work realy well. Everybody like her cakes. I will recommend order cake from her. You Will Like it specially Tres Leches.

Would give "0" stars but it wouldnt let me. I asked a sale rep where an item was, his response was "I dont know". Then went to fabric dept- waited 15 minutes after I asked layaway dept to call. I spend money at a place and if I ask for help-you should help. I will never go back to the Walmart. Managers need to set up. Customer service is unacceptable

I hate this store. Product is consistently out of stock, and price tags are rarely in place. There are some friendly, older associates, but they are few and far between and rarely are able to help in any specific department. I usually drive farther out of my way to shop at the different locations because its not worth the aggravation of coming here.

Just called this Walmart. After listening to the menu and the department I wanted was not listed, I pressed 0 to speak to the operator. There was a bunch of noise and talking, finally a lady said hello. No thank you for calling Wal-Mart, just hello. I responded with "toy department please." The lady said "no one is there" and hung up!

Prodcuts advertised online were not in store, when a similar product was found (after spending 15 minutes looking for an employee) the self checkout didnt accept cash and the other lones were almost all empty or with a line of like 20 people each and the only reason Im even granting 1 star is the nice guy at the exit.

I know Wal-mart gets a bad rap, but this particular location is one of my favorites. No matter when I visit, I intentionally ask for assistance to see how welcoming the associates are. They are very knowledgeable as to where particular items are. And seem to want to be there at work - thats refreshing. Go Buford!

I dont usually shop at Walmart due to their poor treatment of employees in the past...however, I have recently visited since they announced their intentions to improve working conditions, benefits, and pay. ..with that being said, this walmart is adequate and the customer service was great for my return

I give it 3 stars because this place is always clean & I like the greeter at the door... However Walmart is sooo over rated as the "cheap store" Ugh NO!!! Walmart is expensive to someone like me.. I go tot the Dollar General or Family Dollar & get all the same things and save $50.
