I signed on for the forever leasing program a year ago. I soon found out that the store had done everything wrong you could imagine. There were two thousand spurious charges on my bill. I was on the phone with sprint and the Hamilton mill sprint store every month for at least 3 hours. Everyone at sprint said theyd never seen anything like it. Brittany, the manager at the sprint store, kept telling me she fixed it. But every month the charges would pile up AFTER I paid my bill. Finally, sprint said the mistakes were from the store, they have to fix. Brittany just put me off, saying she didnt know what was wrong. My service was continually shut off, though I paid my legitimate bill on time. I finally stopped paying in March. Sprint has ruined my pristine credit. I am looking for an attorney that handles this sort of thing. And I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Avoid this store as you would the plague. In fact, I avoid all the stores.

During my most recent experience with the associates at the Sprint location in Hamilton Mill, I received exceptional service from Conner. Although there were major issues with me being able to upgrade properly (due to Sprints lack of ability to communicate across teams) Conner went above and beyond by staying an hour past closing on a Friday Night to try and address the issues properly.

Worst company ever! The phone works but it took over 4 months to get me my credit for my purchase like they promised. Every time I called they said, wait one more month, wait one more month. Everyone there has no clue what they are doing. Most incompetent bunch of people.
