I have had the WORST experience with Computer Sleuths in Buford. First, I took my computer in to be fixed and was told they would restore my files for an extra $50 charge. I picked up my computer a few days later and all of my pictures were gone! I was told to bring my computer back in the next day and they would run a program to recover everything that was ever on my hard drive, great I thought. My husband picks up the computer the next morning and all of the pictures are still missing but I do have pictures of strangers on my computer. I call extremely upset and the manager is rude and insists he could not have made an error..........REALLY???? Now I have to take in the computer again to see if he can fix his huge error. To top it off he will not even give the name of the owner to the place!! Never take your computer here to be fixed unless you want a huge headache!!!!

Computer Sleuths is a life saver for our familys memories that were lost when our hard drive crashed. I took the computer to Best Buy Geek Squad who could not retrieve any of the information. I also had two local computer guys look at the hard drive with zero success. As a last resort, I took the hard drive(in tears)into Computer Sleuths. I was met with understanding and hope! Michael and Tim worked tirelessly, and saved not some....but ALL of my information that no one could retrieve!!!!!!!!!! Their fee was jaw dropping reasonable, and I could not be happier with their service, results, and caring. They could not have provided a better service for a more reasonable fee! Outstanding! I have recommended to all my friends and family! Computer Sleuths will definitely have all of our business for our personal and company computers!

Thank goodness I found this place in time to avoid an expensive mistake. I needed a computer for work and my old one was not working. Then I went to a big box store looking for a budget computer. Salesperson managed to up-sell me by 125% on a computer that would supposedly do the job that the budget one would not do (according to big box salesperson). That night I decided to look around for a local small business and found Computer Sleuths in Buford. At Computer Sleuths, Corliss was a tremendous help...and honest. He could have sold me a bunch of expensive parts to fix my old computer, but instead laid out the options (which included fixing my old computer). I walked out of there with a faster computer than the big box computer, and at half the price. Great service, knowledgeable, and best of all...no head ache.

I brought my laptop in for the $99. cleaning which was supposed to include deleting any saved passwords....which was a key part of doing it, since my credit card accounts were being hacked! When I got it back,logged in to some accounts, they were all still there & showing up as saved!! I called Computer Sleuths to ask them why it was still happening....and they said they didnt know why;that it was supposed to erase them!!! WOW! If they couldnt figure that out, I wonder what else they supposedly did that is not done!! So....remind me what I just paid $99. for again???? Customers beware! Especially when sometimes you cant really check on what they did-or didnt do- until you have a problem!!

I have been to Computer Sleuths a number of times, and I have recently had the absolute worst customer service with them. I went to them with a list of issues I was having with a Mac Book Pro and their solution is to install a new OS. It fixed none of the problems, but created a few new ones. To add insult to injury they damaged my battery. It looks like it was caught on something in their shop and pulled the cover open. Now they wont fix it, and denied damaging it... of course. Then they hung up on me. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable repair shop. Apple doesnt even recommend them anymore.

Each employee I spoke with, from the time of my "freak-out" call about a virus/hack on my laptop to checking my computer in, to picking it up, was very knowledgable and was able to confidently answer all my questions(I had a lot of questions). In addition, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Super speedy, quality service was provided, and very affordable as they took my budget into consideration while working on my laptop to get it back to "better than" pre-virus/hack condition. I feel like I just bought a new laptop. Thank you so much for helping me!! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I definitely recommend Computer Sleuths. Ive been there a few times and have been very happy with the service and tech support. Rine and Emily are outstanding. Emily is very personable and remembers me when I visit. Rine is very knowledgeable especially when it comes to Apple computers. I needed hard to find hard drive screws and they took their time to look through their inventory to find the right ones. The service charges were very reasonable. Highly recommend them for any repair.

We cant say enough about the guys at Computer Sleuths. The customer service we received was way beyond phenomenal. We took our laptop in for a new screen and, after a small mishap, Computer Sleuths fixed us up with basically a new computer AT NO CHARGE. Plus - the turnaround time was super fast! From the manager to the store staff to the convenience of location, this store is simply amazing. We will recommend Computer Sleuths to everyone - and will use them for all of our computer needs.

brought my mac book in after having spilled milk poured all in the keyboard. Corlis was awesome! I also brought my sons PC in. Corlis was efficient and fast but more importantly he was very patient and explained everything to me without being annoyed. He had both ready to go within a few short days. I will definitely use him again! I also bought a used printer at a fair price. thanks again!

I highly recommend Computer Sleuths. They were very helpful, kind and courteous. I transitioned from a dead PC to a Mac and they were able to get all of my information from my hard drive and made the transfer, when another well known company could not. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure everything was working properly.I would not hesitate to go there again.

Deceptive pricing!!! Brought laptop in paid the 59.00 fee to have it looked at. Just to have then confirm what I told them was wrong with it. They called and said it would be 53.00 to fix it I said yes. Then when I get there to pick it up. It was 126.00. That was not what I was told on phone. They might know how to work on computers but no sustomer service skills.

They did a great job and did it quick. However I was assured that I would be given a call if anything else needed to take place in my computer other than what we talked about. Then they charged me for installing an extra part without my knowledge and were very unapologetic for it. Honesty goes a long way in my book. Im unsure Ill be returning.
