My family loves this location. We have shopped at others, but there were always inconsistencies. This location has friendly and helpful staff. The store is always clean and well-maintained. If there is an issue the employees do their absolute best to fix it or minimize it the best they can. They are all well-informed about games and are able to answer a variety of questions. If they dont know (rarely) they will try to find out for you.

Staff was knowledgeable and informative of the content of the games which is good when you have little ones. I had a problem with the register reading my chip and they directed me to the closest ATM which was helpful.
