I have never dealt with such poor service in my life (Yes, I am taking into account cable services). Being a small business owner it is just baffling to me how someone could treat a customer this way regardless of the type of day youre having. This is the response I received after asking how much a used Xbox One would cost via facebook. I saw that they had seen the message almost immediately and the next morning I sent "??" hoping it would remind them to answer. I did ask the question during their off hours but I saw on their page that they usually respond within 1 hour so I thought to myself, great! I can get an answer tonight, hopefully. 1Up Video Games - We prefer customers who csn read what our hours are and who realize this is a business run by people with families and other responsibilities other than responding to your every whim at all hours of the day. Me- Very professional response 1Up Video Games - Get a life. Absolutely horrendous service, very sad and unfortunate. I will not give them a penny of my money and after this message I will not spend another second of my time dealing with this shop or for that matter even thinking about it. My suggestion, go to Video Game Cavern. They will treat you like a customer should be treated, very friendly people with better trade-in values too! What a bonus!

Overall the place seems pretty sketchy. Its somewhat out of the way and a lot of the games, especially the GameBoy games, appear to be foreign or bootleg. The woman at the register also didnt give back half of our change. Spent 25, gave a 50 and got 3 dollars back. Definitely will not be going back.

Took my son here for a few games that were hard to find. He was estatic about the place and raved about the great selection and prices. It is a little out of the way but worth the trip. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff...they even do special orders. Highly recommended and wall visit again.

If you are looking for more sought after titles this is the place to go. The store is super cleaned and organized, and you can tell the passion and thought thats gone into the store. Would recommend to anyone who is a fan of video games, new or old!

Its a good vintage games shop with prices similar to what you will find online but a bit higher. There are some interesting items like homebrewed games. For example, Final Fantasy 7 and Sonic the Hedgehog on NES.

Their prices are hit and miss. Some days i find great deals and the staff will work with you a little bit. Certain items might be over priced but most are comparable to current market value.
