The fact that one guy in the store is always in a bad mood got to me. But what really got to me was when I went in the store at 8:59, one minute before the store closed, a guy refused to serve me after driving 20 miles to get there. Not only me, but there was another guy in there too. Anyways, there supposed to lock the doors and sell everybody everything they want until the store closes, he kicked everybody out. He lied and said "The computer shut off, theres nothing I can do." However, thats a lie because I went to the next gamestop, a few miles down the road, and they said that guy is full of crap. LOL take my advice and go to a different gamestop!

Im not from this area but went in as my Xbox 360 rechargeable batteries didnt work on my week long work trip. I didnt have any other way to play. So I went in with the intention to buy a new rechargeable battery. The employee was knowledgeable and helped me out within a minute of walking in. I asked if they sold the regular backs to put batteries in and he told me they have a full drawer of them and just gave me one saving me $20. Ill stop in and spend some money next time Im in town. Even if I dont need anything it was way too good of an experience to not go back.

Ive only visited this store a couple times bc Im new to the area but its one of the better GameStop locations. Customer service was good but had an issue with an employee telling me things that werent true to try and get me to preorder a game. It is what it is but otherwise customer service was solid. The thing I enjoy most is the size of the store. Plenty of room to move around without feeling constrained. Most gamestops dont give customers that luxery

Was my home store but i am changing this. Store doesnt honor posted store hours. Website and hours posted on store front state 10 am opening time. Now its almost noon and still no sign of employees. Fed ex and ups have both tried to deliver but no one to recieve shipment. If they were going to change store hours a simple posting would have been sufficient but I now see the importance of the customer to this store, none!!!!!!!

Setting aside what you feel about Gamestop as a company, as off 2/23/17, the current staff rocks. A group of diverse gamers who truly care about their customers and making sure that video games are a respected and enjoyed passion in all their interactions. Never have I felt more valued as a customer than some of the amazing staff such as Yasha, Paula, Jeff, and many more.

Took my son in tonight to buy pre-owned games. He bought 2. One game was unreadable on our xbox 360 console (yes, it is an xbox 360 game). For the other game, the case said Fallout 3, but the disc was an add on. The wrong disc was in the case. My son was so excited to go home and play a new game, but couldnt play either one

Horrible horrible horrible! Bought a hard drive for my Xbox 360. I followed all procedures for installment and plugged it in. The hard drive crashed my Xbox and it will not turn on. On top of that, they refused to do anything for it!!! Dont bother here.
