its 9:30am on a friday and according to their sign they opened 30 minutes ago but no one is here and no one answers the phone. in town from jersey visiting family but i left a few of my running things at home so i trekked out here to pick some things up that i need for my running this weekend. allegedly they say they are 50 best running stores in the country but im pretty sure you have to actually open when you say you open to qualify for that. absurd. if you need to come here, then well good luck to you. ive wasted my time this morning and still i dont have what i need, not cause their selection was bad but because they cant complete one simple task, and open when they say they open. if you want to open at 10, then say you open at 10. if you say you open at 9, then open at 9. this is absurd.

Eric was unbelievably helpful. He gave advice, suggestions and insight, and analyzed my running on their treadmill, all while being very friendly and pleasant. I left much more knowledgeable about my running gait, choosing shoes, AND with the perfect shoes. Im incredibly impressed with his service.
