I dont usually buy North Face products but I do like there bagpacks. I went in there to look at there bagpacks before ordering. The store is very clean and the staff was very helpful, I was able to find out that I can send back my old bagpack to get fixed as well, which I purchased back in 2005. Experience definitely made this trip great.
