In October 2016 my wife and I decided to purchase a travel trailer so that we could visit the places weve always wanted to go. We decided to get our travel trailer at MAXIE Price RV. Not having owned a travel trailer before, I decided to be very conservative and purchase a small 20 foot travel trailer. We then took it out on a trip cross country later that month to visit family, not really using it for anything other than sleeping. After we got back I winterized it right away and then de-winterized it about a week ago for a trip to the beach with my family. This time we spent quite a bit of time in the travel trailer only to learn that I was way too conservative with what we purchased. It just wasnt going to work for us short or long term. While at the beach, we took a look at a lot of different travel trailer options with a lot of different dealers and decided that if we can make it happen we were going to upgrade. Why is this all important to someone other than me? Well, after finding what we really wanted in a travel trailer I contacted Maxi Price RV. Danielle in Sales answered the phone. I told her that what I have doesnt meet my needs and that we found one that does, but because I purchased the trailer we have with Maxi Price RV, Id like to see if she can help me figure out a way to upgrade assuming they have the trailer (model xxx) we want. Without having to take a breath, Danielle new the model and floor plan I was talking about, said she has two just like what I want, and said she would do what ever she could to help me. A few days later and I am picking up the travel trailer we want and need to make some lasting memories with family. Danielle and her team have worked very hard to make the whole process seam quite simple and effortless for me. However, I know quite a bit of work and a lot of creativity went into making this deal work for me. Im very thankful for and happy with the superior level of service and support I have received from Danielle, her finance team, and the service department. The wife and I have been looking for a fifth wheel for several months near our home. No one had what we were looking for. I was in Georgia with a friend of mine looking at Classic Cars when we drove by the Maxie Price dealership. I pulled up their website saw the camper I was looking for. We stopped in and met Danielle and she showed us to the unit. She is very knowledgeable and if she didnt know the answer she found it for us. When I return home I showed the unit to my wife online and we decided to pursue more information. Danielle was very helpful communicating by email and text messaging to give us all the information we needed to make a decision. A week later the wife and I returned making the 270 mile trip from North Carolina to Georgia to look at the camper together. We decided to purchase the unit. They allowed us a great deal with our trade in. Thanks to Danielle, Billy, Angela, and Donte in parts for making our trip successful. Looking forward to many years in our new Forest River Wildcat 5th wheel. This will be our fifth camper and I believe its the best experience I ever had at a dealership.

We stopped in to see if Danielle was still working there, as we had been in there 3 months ago, and had a terrible experience with the finance man. After finding out that that man was no longer there, we decided to give it another try. Danielle was the one we first talked to, and she was so wonderful to us, up till the end, we asked for her again.....I am so glad we did. She apologized to us over and over, yet it was never her fault . We looked , decided to make a deal, and see if this time was any better. The new finance manager, Andy, was super nice. Our deal was processed quickly and without a hassle like before. I would definitely return to this location, and refer others to them as well. We had a wonderful experience this time. The whole process was great. We got a great deal, and were treated like customers should be treated. Danielle was once again, professional, courteous, and still very friendly. My husband and I are new to rv camping. We originally went looking at rvs just to see what was out there and what would fit into our price range. Unlike some other dealers we were able to just walk around and look at/in trailers without having a sales person hovering around. Our awesome sales person, Dante, listened to what our needs were and guided us through all the options, brands, what we could safely tow, etc. He showed us all kinds of trailers with different floor plans. Honestly I was very surprised and a little overwhelmed at first (we had been to 2 other rv dealers). It took us a total of 3 visits to the lot until we settled on the right trailer but D was always helpful and never pushy. The purchase process overall was good and Im super excited with our trailer. Since we are new to camping I asked them all kinds of questions from recommended camp grounds to maintenance. I would highly recommend them especially if you new or unsure of what kind of camper you want.

My husband and I have been researching online for quite a while for a travel trailer that we felt would be right for our family. Of course after lots of visits to other dealers we decided on April 5, 2017 to go take a look at Maxie Price RV after finding one online that we really liked. We did not think that we would be purchasing that day, we were just going to take a look. Once we arrived we were greeted by Danielle. She was very nice, not pushy on anything. And answered all of our questions and if she was not sure she had us an answer in minutes. And that we appreciated. So we decided to go for it and stop our searching. We have been actively looking for a camper for about a month. We have visited all the big dealers in the area and searched the web. We decided to stop at Maxie Price RV to see what they had. We were so impressed with Jessi Young and her knowledge of the campers. I felt she was completely honest with us on the features and models available. We told her what we wanted out of a camper and she presented our options. She didnt try to push us into a sale, but was patient as we worked through the process.
