You really should get less than 1 stars but am being generous. . Two days in a row I have called and asked for the parts dept. The girls who answered initially were really nice..Hence the 1 stars..but when I got transferred to the parts department I waited for 30 minutes before I hung up..your customer service skills definitely need improved. . If you offer a person to answer for parts and you dont answer then you might as well throw money out the window. I will not recommend this company to anyone and actually I will make sure to let people know that you put people who are potential customers on hold for what feels like eternity. . I am not unreasonable and it takes a lot of annoyance to get this low of a rating..you earned this one.. after reading other reviews this is a common trend.. I hope you fix this .. for your sake.. the parts dept guy obviously has no clue

This store is awesome. They have a really great selection of really high quality products, and the staff is really friendly and attentive. If youve never been in - you should give it a go. They have everything you need for your boat, but if you dont have a boat, they have everything youll need for a great day at the lake like high quality brand name clothing - Columbia, Roxy, ONeill as well as a ton of fun toys for the lake. I love this place - if you go in on a summer Saturday, theres a good chance youll snag a free lunch too!

On the positive side, the staff is friendly and helpful. That does outweigh the ridiculous prices that they charge . Most items are double or more what you can get them from on line. I understand paying a little more but the prices here are ridiculous. Even the auto parts store just down the street carries some of the same marine parts for about 1/2 the price. I try to support local stores but unfortunately this is a time it is just not worth it!

I went in today for the first time and I have to say that these folks are top notch, they are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Im just a woodworker/woodturner who was in to pick up some resin hardener and accessories but this will definitely be my go to place for what I need. The store is well stocked and they have a tremendous variety of inventory, anything you could ever want for your powered or sailboat.

Navigated their automated answering to speak to the parts department and was put on hold. Six minutes pass and I finally give up. I navigate their answering again and give the person a message to have them call me when they have a minute. They must have a line of cars down Holiday road trying to get parts because they have not called me back yet. Poor customer service.

Great Store but not plus size friendly every time I go in theres never anything for me. Store owner it wont hurt to get two or three items in plus size. Other then that we love the store we always find what we need for the boat or my kids lake toys.

Just stood around for 30 minutes trying to find someone to help me with purchasing a kayak, only to be ignored. Poor customer service. Not sure how you expect to sell big market items without a person on the floor. Headed to Dicks Sporting Goods.

Great toy store for boat owners. There isnt a lot to offer as far as supplies for boat owners go nearby Lake Lanier. I find the staff friendly - however perhaps a bit seasonal.
