Store owners Bernie and Jeryl, along with the other employees are just simply awesome. Whitewater Warehouse has to be the most accommodating and knowledgeable kayak store that you will ever find. They have a great selection including top of the line name-brands and are willing to go out of their way in order to help provide the best product for your needs. Their prices are the best I have ever seen and I would recommend anybody with any interest in paddling on any type of water to contact them and they will be more than happy to steer you in the right direction with the perfect setup for your needs. Now if only other businesses could be this great. -Ryan

This is the store to buy a canoe or kayak (or any water gear). Do not buy from any other store without going here. Owner and other paddlers that frequent this store are crazy knowledgeable and love to help the beginner and advanced boater alike. Bought my first kayak here in 2008 and theyve been treating me like family ever since I walked in the door. Try out a kayak before you buy it! This store is right on the river and they are more than happy to let you try the bought on the Mad river (~1hour paddle time).

I emailed a request to see if a boat was in stock. Jeryl immediately responded and after a day of deciding she said she would hold the boat and had already placed my name on it. I drove 3 hours to pick up the boat and couldnt have been happier with the experience. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very glad I chose whitewater warehouse and very thankful for Jeryls excellent service. Definitely recommend checking them out before you head anywhere else.

Just a week ago I went up to Kayak Dayton from Cincinnati to test out some rigs. Jeryl and Bernie definitely made my first experience on using and buying a kayak quite special. They are the best shop in SW Ohio! Im taking all my friends here that get interested. In fact just did yesterday, and same deal. Above and beyond what I would think of. They Rock. :) They define what a shop should be!

Received good advice. On what type of kayak would work best on Lake Erie in the Kelleys Island poker paddle. They took your time and helped me rent the right equipment for the weekend. I enjoyed the Kelleys Island poker paddle much more this year then I did the previous year using the wrong type of equipment. Thank you Whitewater Warehouse

Everyone @ Whitewater Warehouse is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really cant say enough about the staff! I bought my current boat from them and a few accessories. They carry the top brands at fair prices. I have no problem making the drive from Columbus to get quality products with top notch customer service.

Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and experienced staff with great selection. Theyre right on the mad river and also do demos at Eastwood Metro Park (see the events section on their website). Ive bought two kayaks there that I still use many times a year almost 10 years later. Thank You Bernie!

I think their service was outstandingI bought a perception Pescador Pro 120 off of them and a warm paddle she helped me get the right paddle for the boat and let me try different paddles to make sure I got the right one and let me come down during off hours to get the boat and try out paddles

Check out the Wednesday evening paddles (when in season.) Its a great opportunity to get on the water and demo a different kayak! Very knowledgeable staff and will put you in the proper kayak to suit your needs! Whitewater Warehouse gets an A++++++ from me! :-)

Best choice in Miami valley . They open Monday - Thursday from 4pm to 9pm ... They will be reopen for the season today March 9th 2015.
