THIS WILL BE LONG BUT TRUST ME, YOU WANT TO HEAR THIS Finally found the car Ive been dreaming of as a kid. Go in and check it out and immediately upon test drive I noticed the "Check Engine" light was on. I was told by my salesman that all issues would be resolved PRIOR to picking the car up. Regardless I knew i had to take it home. The car came already equipped with an aftermarket air intake system and Invidia turbo back exhaust. Dream come true if you ask me. Well the day i go to pick up the car i start heading home and half way through my drive home (1.5 hours) the check engine came back on. Not only did they not fix the problem but cleared the codes just to make it seem like they did... Now i work at a dealership, i know how this stuff goes. I bring my car into the shop at work to check the codes and give the whole car a look. To my surprise the car had NO CATALYTIC CONVERTER. Thats a $30k fine towards the dealership if i reported it. Also the car had several lights burned out on the body, the bumper had about 3 different spots where the bumper bolts to the body, the bolts were broken in the threads the the bumper was only held by clips and zipties where the bolts where supposed to hold.(This ALL should of been addressed when they safety check the car, seriously what kind of dealership is this?!) I call the dealership and schedule an appointment to have the car fixed. They tell me i have to leave the car so they can work on it. Alright cool, at least it will get fixed. Couple days later i get a call that they ordered some parts from Mitsubishi and they should come in and be installed within a week (already two weeks into paying for the car and i only drove it for two days..Well, there goes that 30 day warranty) Finally i get the call saying the car is all set and ready for pick up. I head down there to finally pick up my beloved car and notice they ripped the FULL exhaust off, the light bulbs still werent replaced, AND the bumper was still held on with zipties, not to mention they put an additional 2000 miles on it. A damn drive cycle is 50 miles on Japanese cars.. Now back to the exhaust, (Keep in mind the invidia exhaust is about $1099 catback system plus a $300 downpipe/test pipe) MAJOR selling point for me was the aftermarket work already done to the car. Now heres the part that really pissed me off. I asked for my old exhaust back, you know they one i paid $15k for the car to have, and they told me they couldnt and wouldnt give it to me because Mitsubishi wanted it as a core charge. Heres some dealership knowledge for you, THERE ARE NO, ZERO, NONE CORE CHARGE ON AFTERMARKET PARTS so i immediately knew they were down right lying to my face. Told me the exhaust was already gone and there was nothing they could do. Cool, pay $15k for the car as i saw it in person to only have it stripped and returned to stock? Ridiculous. The dealerships a joke. Look at the pictures to most of their cars, see the dash with the "Check engine" light on.. Seriously i wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone! Look for a car elsewhere.

Awesome, once again! Last year, my lady and I got a Nissan Sentra, which we relied on heavily, and found it to be extremely accomodating ... This year, we received a flyer about getting a new vehicle and said "Hey, what the heck, lets see what we can do." So we went and talked to Biff (Thomas Biffle) about what we can do. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with, such a great personality and asset! Anyway, while we didnt require MUCH assistance, he was definitely accommodating and truly patient while we perused the lot, looking at their selection. All the while, he was truly (and necessarily) honest and up-front with what we could/couldnt do, what our options were, and he seemed absolutely relaxed and put us at ease, never pressuring us once and answering all of our questions. If anything, he tried to make sure (and double checked to be sure) that we were comfortable and confident in our decision making. In little to no time at all (quite literally, maybe 2 hours, tops) we arrived back at the scene, ready to talk to the finance lady Leslie Gagnon (again, being a fan of Cartman is awesome, too, haha), who again, never rushed us once, and just walked us through, by hand when need be, through the paperwork. Again, in little to no time (AND UNEXPECTEDLY, haha) we drove off. Only thing, instead of the same Nissan Sentra we drove in with, we left with our 2012 Kia Soul! My lady and I just got home from picking up our son and my brother from work. The whole ride back home, I told my brother that, next time he gets a car (which hopefully is soon), to head over and see Biff (from Alabama!), who, we assured my brother, will take great care of him! Thanks, Leslie! Thanks, Biff! Thanks, Prestige! John Pina III & Lisa Fernandes ... P.S.: For all you schmos that like to rack on Prestige for whatever reason have you ... be it price, quality, experience, or whatever-have-you ... you guys need to get a grip. Perhaps you didnt pay your bills in a timely fashion. Perhaps you have unreliable sources. My credit actually qualifies as credit now; something it hasnt qualified as since probably 1998, haha ... and its definitely thanks to the great care that Prestige Auto has handled me with.

Scumbags, scumbags, scumbags, if that isnt enough, scumbags.. :) called yesterday a lady Michelle answered phone told me that the car I was looking for was available 07 toyota sienna with 101k miles the price was $10,998. I got there today asked for Michelle, apparently shes not working today and shes in internet person.. :( some idiot (no personally, rude, and doenst know anything about the vehicle) took me for a test drive, I asked him how much to make sure he would say the same as the lady on the phone, he says "you know better than I do its whatever the internet says" what the heck kind of answer is that.... after I drove the car which was nice for the $11K, he took my info down and I told him I would be paying cash and I would give him $9K for it today...he goes and talks to the manager about 5 minutes later mowhawk slicker (Manager) shows me a paper that the car is listed for $10,998 but thats with $2000 down... the car is really $12,998... I was disguisted... I had done my homework and knew the vehilce is only work $11,500... I told him that and he said that was besides the point.... because Im a woman he though he was going to screw me on a deal... As soon as he started to say my offer was unreasonable I got up and told him "nice meeting you Ill go somewhere else" and walked off.... Unreasonable... how about me driving 45 minutes to get there and then they raise the price by $2000 to make it sound that the deal is a great one... IDIOTS....I would never go there again and would not recommend anybody to go there....If theres scumbags in used dealerships its them... :( If you are going there PLEASE do your homework first and know what the vehicle is worth they are going to screw you big time and ask to see the title alot of times they sell cars with no titles and you have to wait along time before you get to register the car.... :( very unhappy
