Well the vehicle I got from Elite Auto Sales is costing me more than what it is worth. It keeps needing parts and more parts that I must purchase myself. A warning, Beware of this place the car you like is really crappy. Liars and thieves, bought a car from Elite Auto while I was in Europe. 2 months later I go to Elite Autos to pick up the car. They tell me everything is good with the car and that I can take it. My excitement quickly runs out when I just look at the car. Not Washed very dirty, start it up no gas. I tell the owner about the issues so he gives me 20.00 dollars for an 8 cylinder vehicle. REALLY! I start heading out for vehicle inspection, before I get there almost crashed into another car. the brakes and roters were faulty, blown piston, cd player not working, bad air conditioner and bad sensor for vehicle electronics. On top off that they send u to a place called Sparks for inspection. Well guess what the owner of that place worked as a Mechanic for Elite Autos for 2 years. Hmm no proof but Im sure they pass faulty inspections. Dont go to Sparks if u buying a car from Elite Autos. They replaced the roters, brakes and piston and nothing more. They gave me a runaround for 2 weeks didnt offer a loner till the last 3 days of them holding my vehicle. The loner car was smaller old not clean and unsafe. They were going to give me a smaller car at first and I was like Hello Im with 3 kids and a wife. They promised to fix the other parts but they never did they just waited it out until I couldnt wait any longer. Phone calls like crazy and they would just lie and were working on it but there not. I had one of his Mechanics a 13 year old boy "I think" named Kevin who calls me and sais we have installed a cd player. Yea right never installed. They just said that cause they new my time was cutting short. So now I have a broken AC I live in 110 degree weather litterly 110 degrees. no cd player, and broken censors. Dont buy a car from here its true there liers and thieves and are quick to rip u off. By the way isnt there a law where u have to give the customer a full tank of gas and the vehicle should have been inspected before taken off the lott. I mean sitting there for 2 months and all these problems. Looks like they just never inspected it and sold it like that. Im sure thats Illegal. This place sucks. Very rude and Bad Service Beware of this auto dealer.

The worst experience with a business Ive ever had. Rick is pure scum. Stay away! I was consistently lied to and ignored while my car I had purchased here broke down and needed a transmission replaced. I owned and drove the car for just 3 months, and expected that any decent human running a car business might want to help out a recent customer in some way with this predicament. Boy was I wrong. First they were going to "look at it" and see what they could do. Any time I called or went by they just never had a chance to, they were down a mechanic. When they finally got someone to look at it after multiple inquiries from me, they determined they couldnt do the repairs and would need to have a transmission place do it. So nearly 3 months had gone by and finally it was time to bring it to be fixed. I get a call from Elite (the only one ever, despite several voicemails left requesting they return my calls), and they ask if I have AAA or Id be billed for a tow. Seriously!! They insisted theyd get this car fixed for me and have the nerve to charge a tow to me? Transmission place quotes the repairs to me and the gentleman there says he talked to Rick at Elite and didnt know what Rick would do for me but I should call him and see. So the next time I talk to Rick and ask if he had heard from the transmission place, he says no he has a not heard anything. Liar! Its at this point I realize what a piece of crap Rick is and that he was not going to do a damn thing for me. $300 discount it allegedly amounted to on a $4000 repair at the transmission place for the referral from Rick. Gee, thanks! Waste my time and lie to me for 3 months, not worth that at all! Bottom line, Rick and Elite do not understand the value of customers today. This whole process with this car has been a costly mistake for me (I should at least mention I did not buy the warranty they offer) and just business that seemingly didnt affect Elite negatively in the moment for them. But I promise you they will never have my business again and I hope this review and all the others Im leaving online and by word of mouth cause them to lose out big time on many other perspective buyers. As consumers we all deserve so much better than this!

Easiest car shopping experience you will find anywhere. I hate car shopping due to the pressure of salesmen not letting you leave. I looked at a few places and almost got into a fist fight with a guy from Prestige as he tried to not let me leave. Rick told me to look around. Gave me his best price and its basically if you like it then take it and if not then no hard feelings, or we can try to find something else. Also while I was in there another couple walked in and wanted to check out a certain vehicle they saw online. They looked at it inside out and then said they had to go but will consider it and Rick said no problem, here is my card in case you change your mind. I have never ever seen that at a car dealership. I would recommend these guys anytime. I had a concern about the AC and bumping noise when I test drove it and they fixed these issues before I bought the car. Let me drive again. I waited over a month before I wrote this and I love the car. I also bought the warranty which is not that expensive. A+ experience. Brian

Ive had nothing but great experiences at Elite Auto Sales in North Dartmouth, MA. They are pressure-free, professional, and treat their customers like family. I spoke with the owner today about some of the other reviews in this section, and of course, they are very one-sided. Rick, the owner, is one of the most fair professionals I have ever dealt with. Some of the folks that left bad reviews are naive - plain and simple. Cars will eventually need service, that is just reality! If you are looking for a quality used car, visit Elite. Rick and his staff will impress you immediately.

Not worth the hassle. Remember people just dont trade in cars that are a few years old with low miles unless theres something wrong. I bought was I thought was an amazing value and in the end its been an expensive mistake. I ended up finding the original owner and he told me everything that was wrong and why he traded it in which was a big help. Furthermore when you try to bring problems to their attention the "tough guy" mechanic comes out and tells your wrong and hes right. Its worth it to spend an extra thousand or two and buy a car from a reputable car dealer.
