Called this dealership. When I said who I was and where I was calling from the person answering the phone just dropped it. I could not believe it had happened so I called back and same thing happened. I called the third time using my cell phone and the same voice answered the phone so I asked to speak to the General Manager and he told me that he was the GM. When I tols him what happened he said it must have been one of the mechanics. Any person who is so disrespectful to someone whom he has never even met nor does he know why I am calling, and who would try to pass blame to a mechanic, this GM should not be trusted. I would never do business here nor would I encourage anyone else to. I just wonder about the type os service that could be expected from a place with such a GM.
