This is a small operation, as far as I can tell, its three people. Jim, the owner. Bob the salesman. Also, they have a fella that chases down the cars at auction. Bob was a good salesman and treated me well. Jim was gruff. It seems that they procure good cars that are clean and straight. Lots of one owner vehicles. Many worth a look. I worked with them for the better part of a week to secure a sale/trade. After they scanned my car and pull 4 codes, (odd as my scanner pulled no codes... I told them that and that I owned a cheap scanner), they asked if I could take my car to a shop of their choosing to inspect. I did so, on my own time. That shop failed to find any codes in the ECU. That day they said okay, we have a deal. Great, Ill come by tomorrow with the title. However, that next morning they called (I was walking out the door, title in hand) and said no deal. They thought that maybe I cleared the codes myself (not that I even would know how). So, after working with them and being above board with them on everything, they called my integrity into question. Why would I even tell them I have a scanner if I was going to try to cheat them? Also, their own website listed the car $500 less than what they asserted. I made them aware of this. Not even as a bargaining chip, but as a "heads up", and told them this. I never tried to renegotiate the deal. They shrugged and kinda just said "Huh, the internet. We dont handle that aspect". This is borderline false advertising. Still not fixed. Its their prerogative to call off a deal at any time, of course. I could have done the same. However, I do feel that after all that (including a deposit check), it was less-than respectful to me. I see that they have been responsive to criticism on these reviews. If they would like to refute any of these facts at all, I would love to hear what they have to say.

My experience was ok when i dealt with Bobby. I purchased a vehicle cash from them. It had wheel locks but no key??? So i convinced them to reimburse me for it. It was $41. So i know the guy at copeland toyota and gave me a discount only $35. So when i brought receipt to Jim "owner" he made a little fuss over it. When he took the money out if his pocket it didnt even hand it to me. 20,10,5 dropped on the desk infront of me. Rude? More like disrespectful. I just saved you $6 prick.You couldnt even hand it to me. Then my vehicle needed rear brakes, made a little fuss about that. Mind you vehicle was still under warranty maybe 2 weeks old.they use a hackjob mechanic "jacks complete auto care" out of Holbrook. Hole in the wall shop. Mechanic tells me its all set and he cleaned up slide pins and greased them. Well i just replaced a wheel hub "just out of warranty" my mechanic say he didnt do a damn thing to thise pins they were rusty and bone dry. Crown auto claims the payed jacks 180$ for a last minute 100 point inspection. How could he check the brakes with no wheel lock key????? Hmmm??? They were begging me for a review the day of sale. front tires were dry rotted. I payed top dollar for this vehicle. I got new ones 230$ out of my pocket. Need cabin air filter 41$ needed air filter $20. Expenses that should have been taken care of in you "100 point inspection". When i told them it needed a wheel hub they told me i signed a 100$ deductible agreement. Wth vehicle was still under warranty. Also told me they use Napa parts not toyota so i bought the wheel hub myself. Says no accidents. Yea, none reported. You can see bondo on passenger side. Nice car; "sketchy service". Wont buy from them again. Jim and his "mob-like" mentality. You begged for my review, well here it is.

this place is horrible dont go here they are shady and they take too long to do bussiness. ive been to places where i walk into and walk out with a car. they want you to wait a week and give you a cash deposit when they have a sign saying that all deposit after 48 hrs are non refundable. the plus side is they did get me approved for a car when no one else would. but i still will never go there or send anyone there ever. I wouldnt even give them a star but google wont let you leave it blank

bought my first car here, Bobby ( one of the sales managers ) took very good care of me. Made the process fast and easy, also he handled most of the work. It was a swift process and I was behind the wheel in a brief week after handling paperwork to allow me to be on the road. Bobby also has great connections to make everything fly by a lot smoother. Also, financing options are extremely simple and affordable. 10/10 recommend stopping by!

Although we didnt leave with a car the level of customer service Bobby B provided was great he came to my job had dinner and we even still communicate through both phone calls and texts. He will do anything in his power to help you get what you need I really appreciate his level of expertise as well the support he offered myself and my family Bobby B is a great guy to know and if I ever find myself needing another car

I had the best experience at Crown Auto Sales. Jim Stuart and Bobby B. worked extremely hard to get me in the best car for myself. They were very honest and understanding with me, never once made me feel like they were taking advantage of me or wasting my time. I will continue recommending them to anyone that I hear is looking for a car. Great guys, great cars, and great service!! I love Crown Auto Sales!!

Absolute crap kicked my friend out of their lot laughing when he put down a base price also when me and my brother went to look for a car for me they kicked us out, and that was good actually! The place looked like the italian mob in there and told us to "GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!" Their youtube channel is also crap. For anyone coming here looking for a car I would advise to go to another dealership

We just picked up our car today. Jim and Bobby are great to work with. They keep you in the loop and will work so hard to get you in a nice vehicle. They got us in a beautiful car with a lower monthly payment than we expected. These guys will bend over backwards to help you out. I highly recommend Crown Auto!

Very good people.. they dont force a car apon u... they were right on top of every thing that i needed and made sure the car was in perfect shape before i took it. Very helpfull with the whole carbuying situiation... ask for bobby.. very nice guy who is there to help u and not for him self..
