I purchased my first Honda CR-V at this dealership twelve years ago and appreciated the relaxed and attentive sales approach at that time. This season I was looking to replace the 2004 CRV with a new one and decided to lease the end of the year model. Al Lepler assisted me with all of my questions and arranged for a test drive in no time and in one stress free evening and I drove home in a brand new 2016 CRV! This is my first time leasing a vehicle and I am happy about taking this approach. Sarah Northrup helped me in the business office, and was very helpful and personable. I recommend Al Lepler to anyone looking for a thorough and professional car salesman who is experienced and kind. Alan Martel, in management, made a point of checking in with me before I left and reaffirmed my decision to lease with Dover Honda Chevrolet. My 99 Camry finally needed more work than it was worth after 17 years so I needed a new one. My father had bought from Dover Honda about 5 years earlier and loved it so I decided to follow suit. I was not looking for anything special, just a standard sedan. The service here was great. My dealer Paula came right out to greet us as soon as we got out of the car. She found me a car out of the hundreds on the lot that was perfect for what I was looking for. No one at the dealership was pushy or tried to force "extras" onto us. I opted to get floor mats that were custom sized for my new Civic but that was all and they were perfectly ok with that. The price was great as well. I had no complaints at the time of purchase and have no complaints now.

My 23 year old son recently needed a vehicle after his Chevy Tahoe died. He did his research and ended up at Dover Honda. He has never had a loan before and was hopeful he would qualify on his own. Paula was the consummate professional, addressing him directly as he was the client. I greatly appreciated and respected that gesture. Paula gave him many options and after conferring with Bob Drake, eventually ended up with a 2016 Honda Civic at a very competitive price. Bob even went above and beyond to secure a lower interest loan for him. Two days later he drove off the lot an extremely satisfied customer. I know he and I both will be back again to patronize Dover Honda. Thank you Paula!

The managers there are complete deutsche bags. Theyre pushy and try to intimidate you into buying cars right away. I went for a test drive and the general manager, bruce, started grilling me like an interrogator to figure out what my job status was. Then he was like, I want to sell you a car today, as if I would get scared into buying one that day. I was like, hell no! I just started my search, was planning on test driving more cars, and there was no way I was going to buy a car that day. No way Im going back to that dealership again.

While shopping for a new Honda, Paula was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and provide me with a great experience. Although I didnt sign on the dotted line that day, she followed up with me a week later, a month later, then again at the beginning of the new year to make sure I had found a solution. Even though I didnt end up with a Honda, Id definitely recommend this location and Paula in particular were I looking to buy a Honda!

Went there after doing some yard and didnt have alot of time to brushof the twigs..as I did not wish to detain them. I was completely ignored. What is because I was a woman or was it because I was obviously a working model. Horrible experience. Rather humilitating. Never going back.
