I havent bought a vehicle yet but our sales person was superb so I feel the need to leave him a positive review. Yesterday my husband and I went to test drive the XC60 -- we were very impressed, not only with all the safety features in the car, but the knowledge and pleasant personality of Joe Smith. My husband and I went to a total of 5 dealers...and Joe is the best salesperson, by far. He greets us promptly, very friendly, very knowledgeable and showed us everything on the XC60...I mean every little features. He took his time letting both of us test drove the car - both highway and local. We were very honest with Joe that we are still shopping around, hence, test drivings. Joe wasnt pushy, not aggressive. He just gently explain Volvo are great cars and he lastly mentioned that Volvo use Regular gas instead of Premium (that...MIGHT be a game changer for me...since Id been looking at all other European cars where they all have higher MPG but take premium gas only...but, as comfy and safe is Volvo...its interior looks more like my grandfathers living room...still beautiful and comfy..hence, Im still debating) Just beware...I almost bought the car on the spot because Joe was pleasant to deal with!! =)

This place is awful. Bought a certified car and pretty sure the certification was never done. The sales manager is a total jerk and told me it was done but they would redo it t o appease me. They found several things wrong with it ( all mostly minor but should have already been caught ) when they brought it in. It had to go back btw bc it failed inspection! Sales guy was new and kept promising things not true. Sales Mgr refused to honor any promises made by sales guy. Told it would be 2 days for it to be ready when I bought it and it took 8 days bc they didnt have the title turns out. Then like I said it had to go back. Icing on the cake was after putting 140 miles on it while it was in service (mostly related to getting the computer into ready mode) they returned it without a full tank. I didnt give it them with one but after the giant clusterF that was this sale..you think they could have... dont shop here.

Michelle is by far the best sales person we have ever worked with when buying a car. She is very friendly, attentive, and worked hard to find a big selection of cars from all the village locations, although ultimately we bought one from Hingham. She was always quick with pulling cars for us to test drive. She didnt pressure us once. I highly recommend going to her if youre looking for a new or CPO Volvo. She knows her stuff and she is nothing like a stereotypical car sales associate. She made sure we found a car we actually liked rather than trying to sell us into something we werent interested in. She was very genuine and truth be told working with her is one of the main reasons we decided to buy a car from this particular dealership! Thanks, Michelle!

The negotiation and paperwork were awesome - Boulos Ferris did a maginificent job earning our business. Paperwork was brought to my office for signing, and car was delivered to our house. Incredibly easy purchase experience. Only hiccup was delivery was delayed by a few days because of some parts issue with the tow hitch - couldve been better if theyd ordered the required parts when the paperwork was signed (2 weeks before expected delivery) but it ended up no being a major issue; plus Boulos did offer to let us borrow a car them in the mean time if needed. All in all probably one of the easiest car buying experiences ever (and weve bough/leased a total of 14 cars including this one).

Sherine & James were absolutely fantastic to work with! James was knowledgeable and matter of fact in his approach - not at all salesy or pushy which goes a long way with me. He was also incredibly kind and thoughful - at the time of car pick-up, he had left a gift of a new USB drive with loaded songs ready for the ride home. Sherine was awesome!!! Again, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy or salesly. She negotiated the deal in a very professional manner and went way above and beyond to make the deal work for both parties - even when I thought the numbers/financing options were not workable, she worked tirelessly to pull together a successful deal. :)

Shaun Millen at sales was outstanding and so were the folks at Finance. They knew my bottom line and made it work without a fuss. It was such a professional yet friendly way in which the deal was conducted that I am advising folks who want to try/buy a VOlvo to see these guys. This a is a fantastic outfit to work with. They never made me feel like- Here is another car salesman trying to sell me on anything. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I met at this dealership.
