this store is a complete nightmare if you are here for prescriptions! I have been a customer for a 1 1/2 years with multiple recurrent prescriptions and a few occasional prescriptions, and not only do they screw up things (ie. lose faxed prescriptions from doctors), they cannot get anything done in less than an hour. What happened to the days when a prescription took 20 minutes to fill? Plus they are rude to top it off! If you saw them work, you would be horrified by the disorganization that takes place. It makes me wonder how many drug screw ups might be making! After a few extra bad experiences, I have finally said adios and taken my business around the corner to Walgreens! They advertise that they will flavor kids medicines but when we tried to flavor my sons antibiotic - they said "its already orange flavored, we cant do that". ok, its orange flavored but its horribly orange flavored so do you want the $3 to flavor it or not. The pharmacy tech refused to flavor his medicine. I went back in there the next day complaining and they were a bit surprised that one of their employees would say this, but honestly, this is the second time they refused to flavor a kids medicine. Crazy!!! goodbye CVS - you just lost a lot of money!!!!!

Always issues & always needs 2 call & bother my doctor.......last time I went same thing & I waited 7 hours & called them 2 see if it was ready but still no call back from the doc (which they didnt NEED!!!) I took script back, went 2 another CVS & they filled it in 5 mins w/o needing 2 call My doctor!!! Waste of time here & very annoying.

The pharmacist associate(bold guy) its very incompetent I being going for the last 4 weeks to get my refills and every time its the same thing he looses my Rx and keep me waiting for about 20 minutes when Im coming back to pick it up. Doesnt know anything at all.
