This store is a complete fraud. They lie and they rob you. I went here with the impression that they were going to help my bill issued which was over charged and in the end they added a bunch of things to my account that I never asked for. They have been reported to the fraud department and I canceled my service with sprint which cost me 3,400. 00 of which 1200.00 was equipment that they ordered that I never received. After calling several times with no chance that they would stand behind their service and also over 20 times with sprint account services I decided to take the hit and cancel service. Sprint lost a good customer that paid every month on time. Stay clear of the manager Anthony "Tony" he is a thief and a liar. Im still confused how hes gotten away with his scam. The owner of this store should also know Im a business owner and I feel bad for you because you dont even know whats going on in your own backyard. Avoid sprint and this kiosk at emerald square Mall at all costs.

WENT TO SPRINT,WAS WELCOMED RIGHT AWAY,HAD PROBLEM GETTING PHONE ON-LINE.THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING EVEN GOT THE SAME DEAL AS ON-LINE..THEY WERE GREAT HELP AND WENT OVER EVERYTHING ABOUT THE NEW PHONE..THEY ARE MY GO TO STORE NOW..JUST TO MAKE SURE ITS THE SPRINT STORE ON SECOND FLOOR,DON"T GET MIXED UP WITH THE KIOSK ONE ON FIRST FLOOR,COMPLETELY DIFFERENT...I THINK A LOT OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE FOR THE SPRINT KIOSK ON FIRST FLOOR.PLEASE WRITE WHICH ONE WHEN LEAVING REVIEWS SO THE PUBLIC KNOWS WHICH ONE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.. ..THANKS..

Rude people that clearly dont understand what it means to be in customer service. They make it quite obvious they could care less about the issue youre having such as a broken phone that wont turn on. Perfect example of why people hate dealing with cell phone providers.

This Sprint is very helpful. Dont get it confused with the Sprint down stairs in the Emerald Square mall. The Manager in this store was kind and helpful to assist me in fixing my problem with the down stairs Sprint.
