Im a male Nike fanatic but i dont remember ever finding something Id like to buy at their factory/outlet stores. But as a habit/hobby i always like to check them out anyway in every city I visit. This store was a good looking one with positive relaxing vibe (this is a very Nike thing so totally not surprised). Store size is standard. Shoes selection was poor and their prices were overall not really that affordable for an outlet store imo. Apparel range including clearance products was slightly better and more well-priced. I ended up buying a few graphic tshirts. Staff was nice and friendly (again this is similar to almost all the customer services at all Nike stores ive ever been to - its all about keeping a positive energetic atmosphere). Hopefully I have time to check out the other Nike outlet store in this city. See if its any different from this one.

This store is overcrowded and the customers are extremely rude!! I was trying on a pair of shoes when another customer moved my personal items and the shoes I was trying on? When I asked him what he was doing he replied very abruptly, " your shyts in my way!" I got up and went to get help. As I was starting to have a panic attack. I found a young girl first who acted clueless to my problem with these customers. I then found Another gentleman who helped me with questions, product, calming me down, & great solutions. The staff is extremely helpful as well as knowable its unfortunate that the customers who shop here have ruined my shopping experience for Wrentham. I went there to look for shoes for my 4 years old, of course my child was being a child and running away from me like any hyper child would, he was also picking up the stuffing in the shoes. An employee basically told me that he was throwing shoes onto the floor and was very rude and nasty. I dont usually. I dont usually put in complaints or bad reviews, but I also work in the retail world and know that as an employee you should learn to not be rude and accuse a child of doing things that are not true. What ever happened to the customers always right?? This will be my last time shopping at this location. That employee left a Bad taste in my mouth.

I drove an hour an a half to get to Wrentham Outlets to hopefully get some Nike sneakers at the store. While at the store with my family it literally took me 15 minutes to find myself and my wife a pair of sneakers. Why? You might ask. Because we ran into the best customer service ever. The gentleman that attended us was very knowledgable and found our sneakers very quick. Most importantly they were very affordable. He goes by the name of Aaron. I would like to let Nike know this guy knows his stuff and was very helpful to others too. Keep up the good work Aaron.....Go Nike!!!!!!

I went to this store two times and both times the customer service was great. Found everything I was looking for and more. On the second time I went in, I had my two year old with me and he was asleep in my arms. This girl Julia helped me out so much that she even took my shoe off tried on the other shoe and took that off to put my shoe back on. It was such a great help and it felt nice. Being a new mom has been hard enough to go shopping and she made my day. I am hoping this review helps her out at her job. I was there around July 11th. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
