I got 3 of the same carriages and when I went to return the two extra, I did not have the gift reciepts. Even though one of the carriages was purchased online and they could see that my aunt had paid $130 for the item, they would only give me $99. As for the second carriage, since i only registerd for one they would only let me exchange it for something of the same value. However, they valued the carriage at $99 even though my dad paid $130 for it. They put the two carriages that were in the original boxes and unopened back on the shelf to be sold for $130 a piece and they only gav me $99. When I called to complain, Babies R Us headquarters said that it was my father and aunts faults. That even though someone in the store didnt take the item off of my registry, they should have given me the gift reciepts. AND, even though my family and friends spent thousands of dollars there they would not give me the $60 back. So my dad and my aunt thought they were giving me $130 and I only got $99! Target has the same stuff and is cheaper! Save yourself the trouble and register there!

Ive been here twice. The store is clean, well stocked and easy to get to. But both experiences involved me waiting to checkout for almost 10 minutes. The first time was a problem with the receipt tape and Im not sure what the problem was the second time. There was only one register open both times, but it seemed like there were a bunch of employees in the vicinity of the registers. I had really just wanted to run in real quick to get something but it took so long. Next time, Ill probably just end up buying online to avoid the hassle.

Do not make a baby registry through babies r us. The website and the cashiers do not take off any items others buy and then you get like 5 of the same thing and get no credit for any of the purchases in the end.

Convenient location next to Target and close to the mall and highway; basically all of the baby related items youll ever need. Everything seems to be in stock and service at the store is pretty good.

When they deliver large items such as a crib or bureau they leave them at the curb - even if your house is 200 feet from the road. Not sure why they cannot place the item in the garage.....
