I am not one to take time to write reviews , but after a horrible experience at the AT&T store in Milford MA I ran from there and drove over to Franklin. I had been with Sprint since 2004 and wanted upgrade to a new plan and phone. I was greeted by Andrew ( a new manager ) within a minute of entering the store . Andrew was polite and professional a far cry from what I had experienced at the Milford store Andrew was most informative of the plans that AT&T offers but also what the competitive wireless companies offer He took the time to show me my options and found me the best plan that fit my needs . After reading some of the less favorable reviews on here for this store I was compelled to write this review. The service I received was excellent and would highly recommend anyone to check them out !!

Awful! Walked in at 9:15am. Two AT&T guys are behind the counter. One says "Well be with you shortly". 20 minutes later Im still waiting while theyre both talking to this guy about the shed hes building. Not to brag but I have over 30 phones on my account with them. Ill be switching providers this Fall when my contract expires.

I have had four years of service with them. I only had one major complaint and it was with their computer system not with the people that helped immensely. I have been with them for as long as I have for a reason. They have taking care of me. Its that simple.

basically this store pays the employees to do absolutely nothing. told I needed a manager over ride and to come the following day. I show up and no manager there. so thanks for wasting my time. wasnt aware it was this difficult to open a new phone line

Does anybody even work in this store? I have called numerous times and not once has anyone ever answered the phone. Looking to stay with AT&T and add my boyfriend to the line but from this experience alone I am definitely switching to verizon.

Amazing employees. They are usually busy due to the level of excellent service they provide, and cant answer the phone if theyre working with a customer which they usually are. Would recommend to all!!!

beware, they like to close the doors early! I arrived just before 7:00pm and the doors were locked! It said on the att company site that they were open until 8:00pm!

Useless employees here, went to the ATT 30 minutes away in marlboro instead and got everything settled in 15 minutes instead of going to this store 3 times.

The website states theyre open till 8PM. Ive tried to call more than a dozen times and no one has picked up. Go anywhere else but here.
