Great sales people at this store and a very cool process for choosing a bed. But having spent a lot of money, I was really REALLY disappointed that the mattress wont arrive for several weeks. I sure wish theyd told me that before I paid $$$ upfront. I also wish there was better customer service when I call to find out why its taking so long. They really have no good answer for the loooooonnnnnngg delivery delay. Bottom line: dont bother going here if youre hoping to replace your mattress anytime soon! Follow up here: three weeks+ after my purchase and I still dont have the beds I ordered...
