Never enter this store, you will regret it fot the rest of your life! Satisfaction level From this store is below 0. Been using sprint for a long time, but i hate this sevice because of their manager Scott, who keeps charging you for no reason!. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They should chane this bullshit manager...

Ive been here several times for all my phone issues and indeed theyve been very helpful, friendly and very patience. Am will recommend Alexis who has been my best staff when it comes to customer services. I dont mind driving an hour to go there for my phone. Shes good and also the guys are fantastic.

I had a terrible experience. The staff couldnt be bothered to help, they didnt port the information from my old phone to my new one correctly, and my monthly bill went up by $20/month and the clerk failed to mention this. On the whole, not impressed.

It was a little busy when I had visited this location to get my new phone. Once I was acknowledge the staff member that helped me was more than helpful and friendly as well. I can see myself visiting this sprint store for any of my phones needs.

50/50 they are very helpful but they will give you junk phones if youre not on your toes. They switched a new part from my phone and replaced it with an old damaged part! Tried to charge me for their in-house theft.

I went there today, July 26 2008, and 60 Church Street is now the back door of a grocery story. The proprietor of the neighboring store said theyd been gone for a long time.
