Tried to get a screen protector replaced. They said they dont do that and to contact the manufacturer. I know the official AT&T stores will replace it one time, and the other mall kiosks do the same. When I tried at this place, they just brushed me off. One star for unprofessional service. I dont know this stores policy, but there was no way to check. And they didnt even want to look up my purchase on their system. It was NO, and leave.

Mike Anthony and Joel at the North Andover AT&T have been THE BIGGEST HELP. First I want to start off by saying how extremely friendly they were when I walked in all willing to lend a hand. Im not good at phones what so ever and they explained everything perfectly and were ALL extremely knowledgeable. I cant explain how personable and helpful all of them were to me. I will DEFINITELY be a long time customer here.

Stopped by yesterday and was assisted by Joel Soto, Joels customer service deserves 6 stars!! Personable, store knowledge, respectful, polite. I enteract with people they way I want to be treated "with respect". Mr.Soto definitely is efficient, and with his good positive attitude, AT&T can keep this location open for business for a long time.

Extremely unprofessional. Tried to return a non-working product with all components and receipt. The employee refused to return item without a Manager of whom she had no means of contacting as she "was not supposed to bother him on his day off" and did not know when he would be in next.

Came in to upgrade my phone, received exceptional customer service, the staff were very helpful and they took care of all my needs. Would I recommend anyone to go to this location? Yes definitely! Good job guys

Worst experience ever. They deserve 0 stars on review. So unkind and unprofessional, they turn off my phone number 2 days before, and then charge me 30$ to activate again. Go away from this store far away!!!
