worst experience ever! wish I could give -5 stars! I got a green screen on my LG G2: DemiGod Crash Handler: RPM Crash! and went to the Sprint Store at Porter Square, looking for competent help. But the only thing I got was bad attitude and an allegation that I fiddled with my phone, because the tech never encountered this problem before! As I told her that this problem is well known in the android forums, she only told me that most things you can find there is crap. Thx! But the absolute best thing was that she lost my SD card during her fiddling with the battery. I only recognized it at home, so I had to go back again! She didnt apologize at all! She tried to change the LG G2 battery with and LG G3 battery! Obviously a very competent tech, if she doesnt even know what type of phone she handles! The sales rep was nice but the technician was a bad joke. Unfriendly and incompetent! Never again!

Their is one girl and a guy with tattoos, They start flirting instead of helping customers , and the guy in tattoos looks like he is high when he talk , they dont have no clue what customer service stands for I will never come and I will continue complaining until those two employers get fired

Great store, wonderful customer service!! I worked with Christian, David, and Max on a multitude of issues Ive been having with my phone, and they worked with me until everything was resolved in the best possible way. Absolutely marvelous people and expedient service.

Ever since I opened this account with Sprint in August it has been HELL... They have been OVER billing me $300+ monthly... And the people on the phone are blaming the folks in the store who opened the account.... SMDH Really Missing Verizon "Can you hear that"

Awful. Hate Sprint service in general, and this store is clueless. Guy who kept claiming "hes good at his job" couldnt upgrade me from one Iphone to another, then claimed that the store didnt have enough wifi bandwidth to do it.
