Request Neran! If you don’t have time to read the whole review, at least read the first line!! :) There is one reason you should pick this store, which separates it from all others. That reason is Neran, the world’s BEST Verizon wireless consultant! As soon as I walked in I was promptly greeted by Neran. He walked me through the different options, answered all of my questions and explained things very well. Not only was Neran knowledgeable, he is extremely friendly, honest, organized and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. He didn’t pressure me into getting anything and helped me get the best phone for my buck. I have never had such a smooth transaction at any other location before and he even transferred my contacts and pictures from my old phone to my new phone. He took the time to go though my plan and suggested ways that is helping me maximize my plan, saving me lots of money (approximately $80)!! All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this store, especially Neran!! Cheers Neran, YOU ROCK!

I went in to buy a bluetooth headset for an interview I had in the evening. I needed a cheap but effective one. The nice bulgarian lady working seemed to try hard to find exactly what I wanted among the products they had on display. When I realized they didnt have what I wanted, the lady said she had an opened/ returned headset in the back and retrieved it. It was a "Nokia" bluetooth headset which looked like the real-deal. I bought it for 30 bucks and went home. When I started to look through the documentation, it was clear it was some chinese knock-off. The documentation had all these spelling errors, as did the box and the device itself on closer inspection was clearly made of a cheaper plastic. When I came back to return the product and confront her about it. She feigned ignorance and exchanged it for a real device, but then said I cant return the real one if I later decide that its no good for any reason..... unbelievable....

I have seen many different people that work at this "Verizon" store, and most have been very shady individuals. This store is not actually a Verizon Wireless store. I bought a phone here a few days ago, the phone turned out to be junk. I went to the Burlington Mall Verizon store and they told me that this store is not an actual Verizon store but is owned by a private company that sells Verizon plans and carries their own brands of merchandise, therefore cannot be returned to any normal real Verizon store. Accessories cannot be returned at this store, the people that work here are sketchy and extremely unprofessional. While the "manager" of the store was waiting on me he told me to hang on to answer his own personal phone call, along with other things I would never allow to occur in my own personal business. Take the extra 15 minutes to drive to an actual Verizon Wireless store instead of this dump. Enough said DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Seriously, what a bunch of shysters. They cant run a legit biz so they have to make up fake reviews to try and push down the legitimate reviews of their awful, scamming operation. In any case, my main gripe with these clowns is they told me I needed to update my service (and spend an extra $30 per month) to be able to use the Droid X, which was a total crock. I went to the Burlington Mall Verizon Store and they informed me my service was already set for mobile browsing so I dont need to upgrade. Like I said, total shysters. Word of advice, instead of trying to pull the wool over everyones eyes with trumped up charges and fake reviews, just run a legitimate business that values customers and offers great service. Then you wont have to lie and deceive people to cover up your shoddy biz practices.

I recently signed up for Verizon at this store and purchased a new Motorola Devour, at the price of $199.00. I found out a day later that the phone had been previously sold to another customer, who had returned it, and it had been sold to me as new. There were still pictures from the other user in the gallery. I called back and they seemed to think nothing of it - told me to come back and get a "new" one, which I am not planning to do. After contacting Verizon, I was told that they are not, in fact, an official retailer, even though they claim to be - which apparently means they are not held to the same standards - and can re-sell expensive phones as new without penalty. Watch out for this one!!

I title my review as this, because that is exactly what i got as soon as the opened up the doors to the Verizon Wirelss located in Arlington Center, MA. As soon as i crossed the threshold I was greeted with a "Good Morning!" and a smile, and then the representatives proceeded to finish helping the customers that were already in the store. When my turn came, rather quickly i might add, I sat down and was given the attention that i quite needed. It was one the best experiences ive had with VErizon. I would definetly recommend this store as a place to go for your phone needs. I left there with a smile and as a very satified customer.

I came in a few weeks ago looking for a basic new replacement phone. They transferred my contacts and gave me a new phone. It was a quick and easy experience although there were several people being helped when I walked in, the people working there made sure I was taken care of. The man who helped me suggested I look into a smart phone to help me on my job. After researching the Droid family, I was back to exchange my two week old phone for an update. This time was just as easy. Great experience every time Ive been here over the past few years.

I went in the store a couple months ago and it was very busy. There was a man named Akeel that was assisting me and I was treated very poorly. He was on his phone the whole time and couldnt help me with my problem. My phone wasnt working properly and I just wanted assistance on fixing it. He continued to push me to get a new phone and I wasnt ready yet becasue of my schedule that day. If I wasnt treated poorly or rushed I would have went back there and ourchased a phone

If you are looking to go to a Verizon wireless store that is professional and understanding, I would defiantly recommend this place to all, especially Neran! Neran is mentioned throughout many other reviews on the internet and for a good reason. He is beyond AWESOME in every aspect of EXCELLENT customer service. I will defiantly be going back to this store for all Verizon wireless transactions. Simply, awesome. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

I came to Verizon today uncertain of what to buy and I had the most helpful salesman, Neran. Given what I need it made sense to get a Droid and he helped me pick one out that matched my budget, taught me how to use it, and was patient and kind throughout. Everyone at the Verizon store helped and I am very excited to start using my new phone. I have come to this particular store for the past few years and have always been treated well. Thank you.
