The staff was not friendly at all.When I walked into the door, the staff shouted at me and said"whats up?" stared at me without any facial emotion but attitude on his face. Dont go to this store cause according to this rude and low-level staff,"This is att retail store, not real att store, We do Nothing but selling att phones, we are not giving you any service." So, basically this store is not only rude but also only thinks how to get profits but no further service. If you want to go to att store and enjoy great service in the future, dont choose this one, there are lots of ATT stores much better than this horrible place. And the staff is a big pig face fat guy. and if you ever look at other reviews on this store that has 5 stars, those are people who get paid to write down good reviews.

Came in about a week ago to look at phones. I have a very outdated Galaxy S4 with a crack on the screen. I was looking to upgrade. I was confronted by a very friendly knowledgeable staff. They took the time to get to know what I wanted and worked with me to create a plan that works for me. A++++ I love going to this store and will continue to be a customer in the future. Updated 05/28/2017: Went back in a few days ago to finally get the Galaxy S8. My S4 had seen better days. Was met by a friendly staff and both the rep and manager on duty answered all my questions and made the transfer from my old phone to my new one painfree. I love the phone and the service was great!! I will be going back again.

Situated right on Packards Corner, this AT&T location is my go-to place for all my mobile needs. Always clean and well-maintained with a group of very friendly staff. Has all the new phones and accessories available as well. I went to the store in August (when all the new kids were moving in for college) to get my service updated. Mike Wong from the store assisted me that day and saw I was in line for a really long time and personally came over to help out. He was very professional and took care of my request in half an hour. 5 stars.

I walked in with some idea of what plan/phone I was looking for and every staff member at this store went out of their way to give me the best (cheapest) options when I needed a completely new phone in addition to a new plan. I was able to utilize all of the opportunities to save on deposits/down payments and a case, so far am very pleased with my experience. Thank you to Robert, Michael, and Ludbin! FYI this location doesnt always show up on the AT&T website but it is just as convenient as their location on Beacon or Boylston

Very helpful location! I was having some problems with my iphone, and stopped in with the hope that someone could point me in the right direction. Long story short, Michael helped me immediately, identified the problem, and now my phone is as good as new. Ive also stopped into this location several times before, and the entire staff is always friendly and genuinely interested in their customers. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer for a very long time since the small world communication days. The store is amazing with knowledgeable, kind, and helpful sales associates. The store is very conveniently located and spotless. The manager Robert is very helpful if and when a problem arises. I would shop here again and again because of the great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Not that great ! Bought a new iPhone 6s last night and was not able to sync my iCloud etc at south shore mall. So I decided to go to the AT&T store near me ( common wealth ave.)The reps were horrible. The rep that helped said he didnt know much about iPhones nor does he know how to sync etc. On top of that he said AT&T really doesnt take care of that .....

I went in to the store for a phone upgrade. Customer service was exceptional. The person who helped me worked to find me a discount I didnt even know I was entitled to. That alone made it worth going in. Update: Went for another upgrade. Customer service was great again. Glad to say the place still deserves five stars.

They are truly horrible and scam artists. They opened a new line for my wife when she could have just been added to my AT&T family plan instead, and on top of that tacked on a $10/month insurance without ever asking us if we wanted it. Avoid altogether and go to the AT&T corporate store located on Boylston St.

went to buy two phones did not like them so brought them back . have been waiting for 3 weeks now and still have not got my 275.00 back yet . have been calling and no one picks up never again will i go there .if this is how they treat people that come to buy things from them......

Was visiting from out of town and had a problem with my phone. I stopped by this store on a whim. The staff was exceptionally helpful and had me sorted out in no time! Best of all, little to no waiting so I was back to sightseeing ASAP. Thanks AT&T Allston!

Its a good store with the typical ATT showroom facilities and standards. The staff members dont seem to be so excited about their jobs. One main reason for that possibly would be that not a lot of people visit this branch.
