I wanted to buy a smartwatch as a gift, and saw that the AT&T store had the LG G R watch in stock. After I purchased it, I checked with the recipient, and his phone turned out not to be compatible due to OS version. So I brought it back unopened within 3 days. When I purchased it, the salesman did not explain a restocking fee on returns. Such restocking fees are not standard practice when returning unopened items within a few days. When I returned it on 12/23, I was told for the first time of the restocking fee. The store said that only a manager could waive the fee, and asked me to come back the next day when the manager was present. I did that & the manager still refused to waive the restocking fee. I explained that it had been unopened and was within a few days, and it was only a version compatibility problem that forced me to return it, but he refused to waive the restocking fee.

Worst att store ever! Staffs does not want to help you and they are very very bad. Do not come in here! They would just push you to switch to other carrier or cancel the service with them. They dont want to keep the customers and they are just lazy. Also, the guy here is always on his phone not helping anyone. I hope att are going to do something about this because this is why people switching out to T-Mobile and Verizon. Less hassle and better customer service. This store is pure frustration. Dont ever visit this place! Try go somewhere else or switch to other carrier.

Havent done a ton of business in the store aside from getting my most recent phone, but whenever I walk in to check out the latest phones, a lot of them are are off or dont have wireless data set up. Sales reps are quick to pounce, and a few of them that Ive talked to were incredibly knowledgeable and a had a palpable excitement about the technology. There is also a bi-lingual young lady who always seems to be hard at work helping customers whether it be in English or in Spanish, so if management is reading this, you should probably give her a raise. :)

I had a great experience at the Brookline AT & T store. I had received a slightly used iPhone 6 from my employer and and had changed out the sim card. Using the phone was fine, however, a screen message stating that data was not available kept popping up and I was only able to access data via WiFi. I explained this to Victoria Lee, and within a minute, she figured out that the replacement phone IMEI was not registering on my account and fixed it. I was happily on my way within 3 minutes. Thanks Victoria!

I stopped in the store to try to join my plan and my fiancees plan. The process was taking longer than we had time for so the person helping us took our information and offered to take care of it and give me a call when the merge was complete. 3 days and 5 phone calls later, Im still trying to figure out the status. I keep getting told Ill get a call back "shortly" and nobody calls. I guess its on the customer to follow up to make sure service requests are handled properly.

I wanted to switch networks from Verizon. I went in to get more information about the cellphone plans and what I would need to do to switch. The store is run down, there was only one stressed out employee on the floor, and the displays were a non-functional mess. I left forty minutes later after waiting forever for a brief and uninformative conversation in which the only concrete information I gained was that I didnt want to switch to AT&T.

I have been to this store several times because it is close to my apt. and easy to access, but every time I go into this store for service, they are just too busy texting their friends to help me. If this had happened once, that would have been ok. I dont mind. But I have been in this store more than three times and they are always texting and act like I am really bothering them.

The most laze, unfriendly staff ever!!!!! I wanted to get a phone plan that is right for me. The staff just answered "Ok." and keep staring at me. He even took away the plan sheet when I was still looking at it. I will never forget that african american staff, he is a garbage and will always be.

Sorry to see all of the bad reviews. Today I had a very positive, if brief, experience at this location. Hamid was very helpful with my problem. I was served quickly upon entering and the problem was resolved quickly by polite and friendly staff.

I urgently need to switch my SIM to nanoSIM. I hurried to this store 10 minutes before they close but they already locked the door. I knocked, and the faculty waved at me impatiently without a word. Impressive. Your door should be locked forever.

They NEVER pick up the phone!! One morning I went there to upgrade my phone and only two people were there, one of them left to "go pick-up coffee".. I had to wait more than half an hour for a simple upgrade.

Friendly staff, unhurried. Unrushed staff sometimes unsettles you, but I have managed to get things done pretty fast at times. Metered parking across the road.

The staff works slowly. The store doesnt have a queue so youd better make sure youre waiting near the door or someone else may get served before you.
