Worst experience possible. We have been loyal AT&T customers for years, and we came in to get a new phone. They quoted us a price and our bill ended up being double that! We have been working for a month now on long phone calls to corporate ATT to try to resolve it. The manager has been the most difficult and rude person to work with. We have never had such a bad experience at ATT before, otherwise we wouldnt have stayed with them, but we are definitely ready to take our business elsewhere after the frustration of dealing with this store.

Very nice people there. I whether I can get SIM card there for my prepaid phone and the person gave me SIM card do free. Thats amazing. Such stores like Tmobile always charging for SIM cards, but people in ATT just give you SIM card for free and it make sense. Looks like they interested to have more loyal customers. And they got one more!

Staffs do not know how to transfer from a family plan to an individual plan, I have been there 3 times and spent 8 hours in the store another 10 hours on the phone to fix this simple issu, if they do not know how to transfer a plan, I dont see what else can they help me, if u choose to go there, help urself is a better idea.
