The girl cutting fabric and so called manager here was extremely RUDE, apparently they do not want to do a simple thing such as give you a price check, some items were on sale and instead of helping to confirm which ones and when asked for price check they would not accommodate instead they got very unfriendly and belligerent. What kind of customer service is that, are you expecting the customer to do your job? Also why become so irritated that a customer asked for a price check? lol I have never encountered such poor customer service. Also that rude obnoxious old customer woman wearing sunglasses indoors also needs to wait in line and shut her impatient rude mouth WAIT next time until it is validly your turn what a rude Nosy C-nt. All this drama over asking for a price check! these people are disgusting. I should have read the other reviews on yelp before deciding to shop there apparently this isnt your first time being RUDE. I think Ill gladly taking my valuable business elsewhere where a customer is shown the appreciation and respect they deserve without having to put up with that kind of atrocious rude disrespectful attitude from a so called employee that is just really pathetic. oh and one more thing, their unisex restroom was unkept and disgusting, they were also out of paper towels I guess they didnt bother taking out the trash either the setup is creepy and awkward. If you enjoy getting potentially creeped on Im sure youll enjoy it! NO thanks!

This is the worst Joann I have ever walked into. Its dirty, the lighting is horrible, and the shelves havent been restocked. It feels like the store JoAnns forgot about for a few decades. There were only 2 employees there on the day I went in. One for the register, one the cut fabric. This meant the bolts of fabric were piled high because no one could stop to put them away. I watched customers walk out because no one could help them. I wont be back. Do yourself a favor and take the time to drive to the Walpole store.

Theres only TWO people working there most of the time. Im too pissed to take the time to write about my horrible experience. Stores always half empty. Coupons are far and few. This is my third and last time going here. Dont waste your time and gas

I came here to get some fabric so that I can make some sweaters for my two girls off to college just to be goofy so that they know that Im still there mama. The sweet ladys that work here are so nice thats why I love it here.

This is a small and neglected Joanns, with a limited selection. If you are already in the car, save yourself the hassle and just go straight to the Joanns in Walpole Mall, it is far superior.
