I will never go bk to this store. Staff was very rude. Since it was close to closing time they felt the need to rush us and make jokes saying they should have locked the door, and we dont want to kick you out but.... What kind of customer service is this. I wanted to do 2 upgrades but I will take my money else where. Sprint needs to think about who they have running their stores and the business these people Chase away.

Great store. Jorge is the man! He was extremely helpful as I came in for a new plan recently. He helped me navigate and understand what the options for phones and plans. And waiting patiently, answering all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this store.

Always have a great experience in this Norwood store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I get the same attentive service whether I am coming in for a new phone, new line, or even just a screen protector.

I just recently visited the stoughton store and it did not come to my likeing. 1.the store hours are lazy 2.they dont do cellpone diagnosis even though its a sprint repair center. 3.the people are not friendly

Sullen and uninformed sales help. I went in an hour before closing and was the only customer. The two sales people were more interested their own conversation and closing up than helping me.
