The store is managed badly and the staff is incompetent. My daughter bought a top at this store last fall, but since it was sleeveless and "summery" looking she didnt want to wear it right away. When she went to wear it a few months later, she discovered that the security tag had not been removed. That was the first level of incompetence - the sales clerk only had to ring it in and remove the tag. Guess that was too much to ask. Secondly, it is clear their security system doesnt work, or it would have gone off when she left the store and then she cold have gone back to the desk so they could remove it. She tried taking it to them now, but of course she no longer had the receipt. She explained what happened, but they refused to help her. We will never go back to this store or to any H&M, for that matter.

Great skinny pants, but they have multiple button type zippers nowadays... Who wants to button/unbutton each button on pants over and over again. Stupid. Also, should plan to carry more M and L shirts rather than S and XL... Why do retailers do this? The bell curve for size distribution sits in the middle between M/L, not at the extremes. I shop at Uniqlo now.

French Toast

I have never experienced such AWFUL customer service in my entire life. The store was extremely messy and hard to find things, no one who worked there was willing to help me out and one of the managers was so nasty that i left almost immediatley after i spoke with her. I will never go back there and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Stay away from H&M dedham!!!!

Not a great store but the only available in a wide radius. Small mens section and usually long long lines. If youre able to id go to the one on Newbury street instead, better selection overall !

They have a great sales and great clothes for the price. The only con is parking when its really busy. Its best to go on a week day.
