This store is just minutes away from my work and Ive been pretty happy when it opened. Ive shopped here frequently, especially for shoes. I was so happy I could find what fits me! Same goes for the clothes. Im selecting what to get pretty carefully therefore Im OK with prices. And Im OK with the mess in the store, I was always able to find what I need anyway. Then looks like store management changed... Store became extremely not customer oriented. I went to the store; I need to get a pair of shoes and a dress to go to a summer wedding this weekend and I was lucky to find fast what I need. Well, lets just say - I thought I was lucky. When I went to the dressing room I asked if I could take it shoes into the room, I was rudely told - no, shoes are staying here. I asked if anything could be done and that lady asked store manager to come in, which is fine, in the past I was able to arrange that Id take pair of shoes into the fitting room to try with the clothing exactly with the store manager. He said again - shoes are staying here, it came slightly more polite than from the lady. I explain the situation and ask to help to figure out something. Reply was - NO. So, I gave him shoes, he started to tell me where I should put them, but I also put on his hand all clothing items that I was planning to try on and said - Thank you and have a great day. Im not asking for a very special treatment, all Im asking is for a respect and there is none. And so - Well done mister manager! Well done! You just saved me about $600, I truly appreciate that! With such manager store will do well!

June 25, 2015 3:30 pm - assembly row. Outlet I just have to get this out if my chest! The store is Messy, unorganized,unclear price tagging & signs. None of these matter really, its an outlet what do you expect! Right ? We were just shopping, no expectation, if we find what we like great! Sadly it was a sad day for us. My son has uncounted seizures which caused him turns blind recently. He needs a sunglasses to protect his eyes. Which we made a special one for him which took months of waiting! He had his Oakley sun glass on then took it off for fitting in the fitting room. He forgot and left it in the room for just 5-10 minutes. After him, a white lady used the same room he used earlier. We asked her about the glasses. She denied about it. We cant do anything about it. It is also not the shop responsibility. But they should at least have a little bit of compassion. The store manager "Zach" his name, just brushed thing off like a dust on his shoulder. Well! Whoever got my son grey Oakley glasses with a special lens in this outlet on June 25,2015 around 3:30 pm. May his blindness pass on to you! How could you take a blind man glasses!

Great low prices on high brand merchandise. I walked out with a 40 dollar shirt for only 24 dollars. Its funny because it has all of the stores clothing at assembly row for half the price. I would say stop by here first when shopping at assembly, its honestly a steal. I was skeptic as to how I can see the same shirt from the Kenneth Cole store but for half the price. People are simply misinformed and others bank on that. Well hee ya go! Now people know. (They still hold ridiculously priced stuff here still though like 100 dollar sweatpants that I get from TJ Maxx and Marshalls for 14 dollars) shop smart not lazy. The downside the fact that you will have to do some heavy searching for everything. The store isnt properly sorted for you to find everything easy and at times they are understaffed. If you can even tell whos staff half the time. You may find something you want but it doesnt fit you. Then you end up having to scour the store looking for your size because they arent in the same place.

Customer service is the worst. I honest believe that this is a disgrace to Saks to have a place like that. Employees are very rude and dont really care or even try to help out. Yes it is discounted and cheap but not really worth it because the clothes is very old fashion. They should really shut it down.
