Usually I dont like to rate and write reviews, but this case I feel that I must so that it may help other customers in their decision on where to shop. I have come to shop here in this Family Dollar store several times in the past couple of months but lately in the last 3 times that Ive shopped here, Ive found that the cashiers to be quite RUDE to customers when its time to cash-out especially when its getting close to closing time. They start locking the door at 15 minutes BEFORE closing time and start RUSHING the customers to HURRY UP and saying that the store is CLOSED at 10 minutes BEFORE the actual time to close. When you reach the registers with your stuff to pay at about 5 minutes before the hour to close, you get from the person at the register some "remarks" saying that theyre getting their "system" closed and showing some really "UNFRIENDLY" faces. This might be the LAST TIME that I would shop at this Family Dollar store,..unless there is an "EMERGENCY" and no other store is open for miles that I would go in there to shop for anything. I feel that someone from the "cooperate" Familly Dollar should really look close at the employees practices done at the last 20 to 15 minutes before closing time done in this Family Dollar store at 995 Blue Hill Ave. Dorchester, Ma. Doing it this way, it can only hurt business.

How does it say it close at 10 but the always lock there doors before 10pm and have that big scary looking body guard at the door turning everyone away before 10pm if you guys arent really open till 10 then maybe you all would like to change that from the internet and the signs you have all over the door I should be able to go there at 9:55 and be able to get it not come to a lock door before 10pm such a big inconvenience

As you know Family Dollar being around for a little bit they provided with nice house cleaning products their basic supplies you could get to clean your house and no bathrooms and stuff like that great prices great customer service open 7 days a week spray to go there check it out
