Ive recently been having problems with my phone for a few months. The phone has seen better days i can say. Until i woke up one day and the phone would not charge. I finally had enough. I walked in this store and the young man working alone that morning helped me emensle!. He looked my accnt up. Letting me know i was eligible for an early upgrade. Answered any question i had in regards to my phone, accnt, &new phone i walked out with that afternoon. i absolutely love my new phone! He transfered all my info,contacts, apps etc to my new phone. I didnt have to do not a thing but pay for my phone and walk out a complete happy customer. he was very knowledgeable on his phones and above all he did everything in a timely matter. Like anyone not everyone knows everything about phones. But this is a great location to stop in and see if you can be helped before running to corpret store..because i know myself thats the last place i wanna walk into if i can help it.. thanks again hilldale sprint. I bought a brand new phone and some accessories at this store. My first experience was so good that it had me going again and again for new stuff like speakers, earphones, and all. The staff is super nice and the manager runs it really well.

Great third party store. Staff is friendly and engaging. Plus it can fix your problems. If you do business with them. . . Do not go to the corporate store in Lawrence. The lawerence store needs to be closed.
