I put an order in-store to upgrade my phone and saw that my bill went to 800$ before even picked it up. I was told cancelling the upgrade would trigger an RMA and my bill would reverse back to normal. Here we are 3 months later and they never returned the phone to the warehouse and my bill remains at 800$. I have a theory they kept the phone and I am now going to contact a lawyer since no one wants to finalize their transactions with their customers.

Worst customer service ever. Sprint has owed me $200+ for 6 months. Jake kept giving me the run around, and the MANAGER, Shane, did zero for me also. The last time I called, he hung up on me and left the phone off the hook. What kind of customer service is that? I get the last laugh though, I got my $200+, and they were both reported to Sprint.

I honestly cannot believe how unprofessional and stupid these human being are. Never have I ever felt so offended. These people where so rude. I was left on the phone waiting for nearly 30 mins and when they finally answered they told me they forgot why I called. Honestly the most rude unprofessional human beings on this planet.
