If Hitler were to run a corporation it would be Sears. Seriously, this place is a complete joke.. I have never experienced such poor customer service or dealt with a company that was this disorganized. And yes I did try calling and complaining to corporate, they couldnt even do their jobs properly. One moron even sent out a complaint follow up request to a CALIFORNIA Sears retail location even though the complaint was based in New Hampshire. They will tell you one thing just to get you to shut up then pretend like it never happened. Every single Sears location should be turned into a Chuck E Cheese because the employees and the company are a joke although the people at Chuck E Cheese are almost definitely more professional, the toddlers playing there probably are too.

Eric in the power tool department stepped it up big-time today. Ive always liked Sears, Ive purchased a lot of my tools with them. I had an issue today with a Craftsman chainsaw that wasnt even a year old not starting. I called ahead to find out about manufacturer warranty information and got the usual "big-box store" response that since I hadnt purchased a service plan that I was likely looking at a costly repair. When I got to the store Eric listened to the problem and exchanged it right there on the spot for me. In the future I will continue to use Sears and Craftsman as my go-to store for tool purchases. Thanks again

I have to agree with joshua. Unbelievable customer service. I went in to exchange a pair of boots I got as a gift for xmass. All I wanted was the right size. The lady at the register treated me like I stole them. She immediately grabbed the phone and announced that she had a level 2. I didnt know what that meant and had not even talked to her yet. Suddenly a manager is coming up behind me to say they couldnt do a even exchange without a receipt. I explained that they were a gift and he said "thats too bad" This is by far the worst I have ever been treated anywhere. I will never shop in a sears again.

Went in to purchase a mattress and was offered a great deal, lower than what it was marked, from the department head. As we were trying to check out, the store manager remotely overrode the deal to prevent it from going through and said they wouldnt sell the mattress at that price. We wasted an hour and a half there and had the item dangled in front of us just to have it taken away as we were trying to pay, Ive never been treated so poorly and I will never do business there again. Im disgusted, they dont deserve the one star that Im required to give them to write this review.

I called this location 15 times, never had anyone answer me. I tried multiple departments. During store hours, on 6pm on a Wednesday night, an hour after I left the store that was completely empty. Now I understand why its always empty. I even called their corporate office which I wont even get into how awful that was, only for them to say they couldnt even get ahold of them.

Worst service and return policy of all, I didnt know their return policy when to return something that I never open from March, and I couldnt, very rude manager and the cashier should explain their new rules or policy to the customer we not aware of their changes...

Worst place to buy appliances, if you have problem will be very difficult to resolve, like myself waiting for my range over 3 weeks and also if you call the store no one answer the phone. Pay attention to reviews they are real... Good luck

This Sears seems to be severely understaffed. We cant tell you how many times weve wasted time here waiting to get help or be helped -- even at checkout! Weve walked out a few times and sadly took our business elsewhere.

The staff was extremely rude and did not want to help me. I asked one of the staff a question about an item. He said "maybe no idk..I dont think so" and he made zero effort to take two minutes to look on his computer .
