Tom, present all day every day at the UPS Store in Newtonville, makes this my go-to destination to mail packages, send faxes, make copies, etc. Last Friday, I took a copying and stapling job (a stack of documents about 3 inches high) to the Fedex store on Route 9 in Chestnut Hill, because it was located in the building where I had taken my son for an appointment. The place was empty and attendants stood at the ready at unoccupied copy machines throughout. Still, I was told it would take an hour for them to complete my job. An hour seemed like a large amount of time given the lack of activity in the shop and the attendant at the desk didnt seem to care about the limited window that I explained I had to obtain the copies. Therefore, I took the job Tom at the UPS Store. Tom proved it had been a mistake to bother trying the Fedex store. He set me up quickly and inexpensively to prepare my documents which he then ran through the copy machine. He was pleasant, helpful and reminded me that as much as the store is surrounded by neighborhoods, it is Tom himself that truly makes it a neighborhood institution. I will never go anywhere else again.

If you want top quality customer service, visit the UPS Store on Walnut St. in Newtonville, MA where Tom Wolf will do whatever it takes to get the job done. I had an emergency rush mailing to get out the door and inquired if Tom could suggest anyone to help with a mail merge and label printing job. Not only did Tom agree to take a look at it, he took the raw data and merged it himself into a perfect set of mailing labels. He was innovative in his approach and produced a stellar master list and mailing labels for me in record time. It is rare to find such top quality customer service in this fast paced, multi-tasking world of commerce. World Class Service. Ive had such a great experience at this store. Tom represents the epitome of great customer service. Hes knowledgeable and performs his duties expeditiously as a master of multitasking. He swiftly built a foam insulated box with ice packs to help me send by overnight frozen NEW ENGLAND clam chowder to Toronto. Despite the customs delays, the chowder was received in perfect condition after being in transit for a day and a half. Irregardless of the outcome of the delivery, Tom has earned my future business. Unless you are picking up a package, dont bother going to the customer center in Watertown. I promise you would not be disappointed with this store.

Tom may be the NICEST guy in the world who literally will do anything for anyone who walks through that door. I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else to ship their things. You leave knowing its in good hands every single time. Tom takes customer service to a whole new level and it would be nice to have every customer service employee in the world train under him to learn a thing or two. Thanks for being the BEST!!!

I have used this store several times, and each time the owner, Tom, has been there. (I swear the man never takes a day off!) He is so helpful and kind to everyone who walks in the door. I read some really negative reviews of other UPS stores when I just logged in to write this, so obviously not all UPS stores are the same. This one is worth the drive :)

We have been using this UPS store for many years..We are always shipping to California and find Tom Wolf to be the best helper in any store we have ever been to. He is friendly and helpful and makes our store as efficient and pleasant as possible. I could not recommend this store more highly.
