No this is not Tony Soprano but i just might turn into him. This store established a new low for corporate behavior. The owner, Starr something or other, legitimately lied to me saying that I would save money by moving to a new plan. I am a professional technical consultant and network manager so you can imagine there is not much that flies above my radar in terms of the tech jargon. There were details of the agreement she intentionally left out just to get a signature. After calling and complaining I was then locked out of my account so as to prevent me from utilizing the buyers remorse time period for returns. After the time period had passed, the account was reopened at which time they told me in order to return the phone and cancel the plan, I would have to return the phone AND pay $750 for the remaining balance of the cost of phone...explain that one! - In order to return it you have to buy it and then give it back to them for free... Not to mention she was stuffing her face with an egg salad sandwich the whole time she was talking to me. And she didnt even offer me one. Not that i would have taken it because thats just indicative of the inner grossness emanating from your person. AT&T Monopolizing Your World..../Life/Family/Job and leveraging your needs against you

This place is the worst. There was a guy who weighed about 500 pounds who is completely rude to me didnt even attempt to help me reset my phone I suggest going to Verizon or another server just based on this customer service. There were only two people working and they were both completely rude. He smelled. And had the worst bad breath. Do not go there. Go over the bridges.

Used to be so much better when in Middletown. The skinny guy with glasses is the rudest person Ive ever seen in customer service. Only person who is polite is the Spanish girl that used to work at Middletown store. They need customer service training.

I went to the store for help setting up my new phone and wiping the old one. Curtis was extremely rude - was it because I wasnt buying something from him? The old store on east main road always had friendly helpful staff!
