Upon entering I was in shock at how unorganized the space felt. The location is incredibly small and I suspect that the tiny "aisles" between shelves are likely a fire hazard. As a crafter, I am accustomed to organized chaos but this was simply just chaos. I had gone in looking for safety eyes (used for dolls) and for yarn. After about ten minutes of looking I realized that this location did not carry the safety eyes (which my previous location carried in numerous sizes and colors). I also managed to find the yarn, shoved into the back corner of the store, and was disappointment by the condition of the aisle and the severely lacking inventory. My entire visit there I was never offered help from an employee, and of the three I saw only one seemed to actually be doing anything (helping customers at the cutting counter). When trying to check out with the one item I bought out of a feeling of obligation after 20 or 30 minutes of the store, I felt like an intruder upon the conversation of the two employees at the front. All-in-all I was unimpressed and I will not be returning to this location.

Additionally, the phone message is out of date--it describes a sale that ended over a week ago. On Sunday, some stores open at 10, others not until noon. This information should be available to prospective customers.

Store tends to be under-staffed, meaning you wait to get your fabric cut, wait again to check out. The staff is overwhelmed, and while they are friendly, they are also quite rushed. Its the only fabric store in the nearby area, adequate selection of craft items and seasonal decorations.

Excellent selection, great promos, and helpful staff. The best part of todays visit was the incredibly gracious women behind me in line that noticed I had no coupons so she let me use hers!!!! Thank you kind stranger for restoring my faith in humanity!!!!!#
