Saturday hours are posted as noon till 4:00. I stopped by at noon, 2:00, and 3:00. No one was there and the store was locked. On my last visit, some people were going into the lobby to check their POBs, They let me put my package inside the door, and told me, "the guy keeps kind of strange hours on Saturday--better to call before you come." Seems like good advice. Or find another store.

Store doesnt accept cash as a form of payment. Employee couldnt offer explanation but refused cash payment. I thought the UPS Store was supposed to be about convenience but theres nothing convenient about turning away cash-paying customers. I asked to speak with manager or anybody with supervisory authority but the employee could only direct me to the 800 main help line.

Convenient location off of RT 9 and great to have a parking lot out front when shipping oversize packages.
