Called Walmart today to check if they had window shades and if they cut them to the size needed . This call started at about 11:48am and the person who answered the Walmart Main Line I could not understand and I almost thought I called the wrong number because I did not hear the word Walmart can I help you or something like you would except to hear when calling Walmart . So I tried to explain I needed to talk to someone about window shades and if you could please transfer me and next thing I knew I was waiting on the phone with it ringing about 8 minutes and no one picked up . I hung up and called back to hear the same female voice speaking very fast still not able to clearly hear the word Walmart ,So I knew I had the correct number and now I asked to talk to manager and it is now 12:20pm as I was put on hold to wait and while waiting this same female voice came back on the phone and said to me why do I need to talk to the manager and I calmly replied that It was not her business that it was an issue I wished to talk with her about and the manager who I asked to talk to is who I will speak with my issue . I was put back on hold and the assistant manager finely picked up the phone its now 12:28pm and I asked her about how I was just put though about a half hour just to talk to someone about my Shades I was looking for and if Walmart had them or not and she simply said no we dont and I said to the Manager it took me over a half hour to speak with someone and that I was on hold and transferred and felt very disappointed with how I was having a problem even understanding the person who answered the Walmart phone line and her response was simply , Sorry about that and the call ended. Wow this Walmart is going down hill and I at least think that they should have someone answer the Phone that Speaks clear English. What a waste of my time and by the way you can get shades from Home Depot or Loews in Leominster. if they had - Stars for rate I would give them a Minus 5 Star for todays Screw ups .

Ran in quickly to buy some groceries and cold medicine for my 13 year old son who was sick and waiting in the car. After rushing through getting everything I needed I went to find an open register there were 4 registers open on the grocery side with 2 of them being 20 or less. The 2 that were normal lines had 4 people waiting in each with their carts full. After waiting patiently for 15 minutes to get up to the register I heard another customer ask the cashier if she was open she very rudely said to the customer "I am trying to close! I have my light off!" Then glared back at me. Then another employee came over with a register closed sign and put it down in front of me. I said "I got into this line 15 minutes ago when the light was on." Her reply was "I have to go to the bathroom!" I couldnt even believe this so I backed out of her line and saw that the only other register then had 7 people waiting. There wasnt a manager anywhere in the area. Other people were shaking there heads in disbelief and said that this happens all the time. So I did the only thing I could do at that point I left my basket there and walked out. Horrible customer service!

Heather (an above average weight woman) from customer service is horrible. I returned a hard drive that was already opened when I purchased it and it had a missing cable. Throughout the whole process I was treated like a criminal with her accusatory tone. I understand having to deal with jackasses everyday (trust me I also worked at Walmart) but by treating other customers with rudeness, she makes herself into one (I witnessed how she handled other customers). I was offered only an exchange due to my circumstance; I was later told by another employee how I shouldnt have been limited if I have my receipt. Well thats Walmart for ya -- poor training. I mentioned that I saw other products obviously returned and taped up. Well, if youre going to do that, how the heck can you guarantee that all items are in the box??? And then I ended up saying thank you to her without a return appreciation. No bye, nothing. Lesson learned: never buy opened items again!

Walmart has to be the worst place for customer service. I called the leominster location to get a simple answer to a simple question which was if they carried mattresses that go inside a pack n play and I sat on hold for ten minutes and someone picked up the line asking if they could help me therefore I had to explain what I needed a second time, I then was put on hold again with the same result so I hung up and called back and finally got transferred to customer service and the lady that attempted to help me was not paying attention and I had to repeat myself twice and she checked in the toy department to see about a mattress. She came back on the line and said they do not carry anything like that and she said couldnt remember what was referring to meaning the pack n play. I absolutely hate dealing with employees at Walmart because most of them are hired without any product knowledge of what they sell. Very frustrating.

1. Mostly has what I need. Shelf stocking isnt the best or worst Ive seen. 2. Horrible check out lines. Sometimes there will be 15+ people in line for 1 or 2 open registers, while other employees talk with each other and pretend to look busy. 3. Can take a long time to get customer service when needed. 4a. Have heard the managers yell at employees in front of the customers. This seems to just embarrass the employee and does no good whatsoever. Customers dont want to hear that, even if the employee did do something wrong (but it seems to be more of a manager ego trip). 4b. Managers have been rude to customers. 5. Many times they lock the doors earlier than closing time (11pm), which is very annoying, seeing as how I cant always make it there earlier in the day, or the next day. Dont put closing at 11pm if you arent!

1. Previous issues kept me from visiting this place for a while 2. Three item I was shopping for were not out on shelves; milk, cheese and cereal. 3. Though these item were retrieved upon asking, I was, in their words "making the day suck" 4. Of the 18 aisles, a 20-item or less line and ONE normal lane were open. It took me 27 minutes of waiting online. 5. Once reaching the cashier, the lady working hard crushed my single apple into a bag underneath a large container of bleach. I was asking for the apple while she did this. Worst part, she didnt seem to care. AND... No way to write a formal complaint. So I chose to do this.

Everyone is so helpful! I am a disabled person who uses the electric shopping carts and if I get to the store later than 2:00 +- theres been times where the carts are not available. EVERY time Ive had an employee come over to ask if they can help, and they go out of their way to bring me the next available shopping cart. I also have a walker that I leave at the service desk *had one stolen before at a grocery store, learned my lesson!* all I have to do is "drive" the electric shopping cart to the desk area and they come pick it up for me! Returning it when im done shopping. I cant say enough about the employees there!
