Ive been going to the Walmart on a regular basis since it basically opened. Time and time again Ive been treated with disrespect from the employees there. Yesterday 9/9/15 I went through self check out around 8:30a.m. and a employee named Nancy was working that area the second I walked up to a register she gave me a dirty look along with a extreme attitude telling me that this area is 12 items or less which I had two seperate orders that were 12 items. She was so unprofessional I couldnt believe it. She even made me feel as if I was a thief and she also was unbelievably rude to the young woman next to me with her her young child because something rang up incorrectly Im sorry but if your having a bad day you leave that at home and put a damn smile on your face when you get to work esp if your working with customers and the public and you dont treat your customers with disrespect or act as if your better then them. This woman nancy at Walmart in Windham CT should really be spoken to by her supervisor about how she speaks to customers and needs to be taught some kind of professionalism.

Went for my twice weekly purchases at Walmart. Upon paying I asked the cashier for some extra bags for my Meals on Wheels deliveries and also for seniors at the senior center. They use them to take home vegetables generously donated to them. She said no, I asked 2 assistant mgrs as well, both said no claiming the bags were too expensive. I wrote a letter to corporate, they had yet another assistant mgr. call me and offered to donate USED bags. Needless to say that Ive not been back shopping there and will not go back for a very long time. My family and friends and everyone else I shared this issue with were also appalled........

You must watch every item as it rings up as shelf prices can be deceptive. The employees can be rude and not very helpful. Stock seems to not be rotated as I have purchased product that has been expired. There are some staff that are friendly and helpful. Brooklyn Walmart is nicer, cleaner friendlier shelves marked correctly for product so I usually take the extra time and go there. The deli in Brooklyn has friendly staff that dont ignore u to give free items to their friends and I have never gotten spoiled meat there.

Supercenter, open 24hours except certain times on holidays, clean, everything you need. Never noticed a stocking problem. Out all of the walmarts I have ever been to, this is by far the nicest and well organized. They have groceries here too and it is where i always do my shopping, except when there are very specific things i want that they dont have. But if u want to get all of ur necessities in one place for no hassle low prices, this is definitely a no brainer.

The people are very pushie... theres an old lady that damn near attacks you to see a receipt when walking out the door ....I like to mess with her and act like Im about to leave the turn around and go.other way. I know its a Walmart salon but they do give great haircuts for reasonable prices. Easy to get in and out . Vision Center ok nothing special

Was charged twice for an item and called for help, they could not reach any manager there to assist me. I called 5 times and never got to speak to a manager, the lady told me there was more than one manager there. .. really???!! Fire your managers and get people who want to work and help cutomers! ! Very frustrating to say the least.

This particular Walmart has issues with keeping items in stock - both on the grocery side, but also other things such as toiletries; also, their assortments are quite restricted, so certain brands or items you know you would find at other Walmart locations, are not sold at this location. Other than that, its your typical Walmart.

I have been seeing more and more people bringing their dogs to the store, a store that displays food and sells food is no place for peoples dogs other than service animals. If I continue to see this I will not be purchasing grocerys or any other items from this store. Dogs do not belong in grocery stores.

Walmart does it again! Great store, great prices and very pleasant employees. Staff in all departments were helpful even if it wasnt their dept. The grocery depth has all the basic and a few odd items. In and out fast with checkout lines that are staffed and keep moving.

If walmart had a version of a dollar store this would be it. Its average at best that seems to cater towards low end items. Employees dont seem to want to be bothered and generally arent very helpful, there are a couple exemptions but there few and far between.

Just your typical Walmart, nothing special. This store seems to have a stocking/inventory problem - Ill stop in to quickly pick up 4 or 5 items and they are out of 2 or 3 things I wanted. After having that happen a couple of times I shop elsewhere.

Just another Wal-Mart. I didnt see any remodeling as another poster indicated. All the same things as most other Wally Worlds, just laid out differently so you have to search for your normal items. This one seemed cramped and cluttered.

I prefer this Walmart over the closer location in Manchester. It doesnt get as crowded and there arent long waits in line. It also has a larger size lawn and garden center yet which has a good selection of plants.

Large clean store, with fanatic selection. Some walmarts can seem of-putting because of the attitude of the employees or the atmosphere of the patrons. Not this store, we go out of our way to visit this Walmart.

The store is in the process of remodeling. Trying to find items in the store, is like a scavenger hunt. The employees were very helpful. I will be happy when its all done. A little patience goes a long way.

They must be remodeling because everything was scattered all around the store. The isles looked closed off in some spots due to floor renovations. Service was decent, didnt have to wait long in line.

Its Walmart...what else do you expect? I try not to go very often, usually only in emergencies. Amazon covers 99% of my needs. Id rather spend the few extra dollars and buy my groceries at Bobs IGA

Close to home but there prices have gone up and some of the older cashiers are rude..the deli carries limited lunch meats no cooked salami or I was told no more cooked ham...not smart Wal-Mart....

Its a Walmart; youll find everything you need. The North Windham location is usually staffed by friendly associates, and many have been there for quite a while so they tend to be knowledgeable.

Went with my journeyman electrican to fix a light switch in the break room bathroom. The wait to see a manager was a bit long but they were very curtious and friendly. 3/5 would service again

Very clean and organized, especially for a walmart. The staff still isnt very helpful at all and is sometimes hard to find an employee when you need one. It is nice that it is open 24/7.
