Great place! Knowledgeable staff who are quick and efficient. They leave you with a feeling you brought your computer to the right place. I have a small business running one business computer, and three laptops. About four years ago our business computer crashed(motherboard) We found Kennedy exchange and they handled our problem fast, and efficiently. Recently had my brand new laptop which I us to DJ crash on me. It was fully warrantied from the place I purchased it, but I have more confidence in Kennedy exchange then that Big Name Chain. They had me up and going without missing a single gig, and at a minimal cost. Great place I highly recommend.

I needed my computer to be brought into the 21st century, including removal of any viruses, elimination of unnecessary apps, installation of a new (easy to use) anti virus tool. Im not great at understanding the whole computer thing but I am a retired teacher who asks a ton of questions. Brian was superb in answering each of my questions and making sure I was comfortable in the direction we were taking my computer. Brian was very professional during my visits to his store. His patience was very much appreciated and I would certainly recommend his services to other folks like me----who need help and dont know where to turn.

I run an online business and I need to have a working computer at all times. I had tried several other computer repair companies, from Geek Squad to other small local companies, and wasnt really happy with any of them. Then I found Kennedy Exchange about 5 years ago and I wont go anywhere else. The owner is almost always there and he hires good people. Ive been taken care of whether I was buying a used laptop as a spare or getting my main desktop repaired. Their prices are excellent and they have some of the best customer service Ive ever encountered. These guys are true professionals.

As a 56 year old female who just got a computer 7 years ago, I was an easy target for the runaround. One shop had my pc for 32 days. I also am CLUELESS about computers. I just need it to do what it is supposed to do. I spent the first 3 years as a new computer owner on the phone to India. I really believed they were there to help. In desperation I ended up at Kennedy and I will NEVER go anywhere else. They never laugh at my questions, like " What is soft ware?" I really asked that actually. They always EXPLAIN things and give me the best for my money. A lot of people could take a lesson.

these folks have helped with macbook issues over the years. honest folks. on my newest macbook i noticed my screen got all messed up. i brought it to kennedys and they informed me that there is a recall on these macbook screens and suggested i call Apple to see if my macbook was covered. and it was!!! they saved me a repair fee. i later checked online and found out there is a recall that people just dont know about because they dont send out recall notices. i never would have known had it not been for the guys at Kennedys. i highly recommend this place.

I have been buying used computers for my kids school for many years now from the Kennedy Exchange. I have six kids and we home school. I have not had a single bad experience and we have saved a ton of $$. They have stood by their products and I have not had problems with repair and upgrade service. Repair and upgrade services were always done efficiently and at discounted prices.

We bought a computer about 3 years ago.From the day we bought it we had problems. Windows 8 We installed Norton. It got slower and slower finally got a virus. We couldnt do anything. After taking it to Kennedy in one day we got it back. It never worked this good.I would recommend this company to everyone if they need a computer fixed.Great thanks Steve. Bolton Ct

Not impressed at all.Took my laptop in for repair was not sure if it was cord or PC.They took it in the back to look at, came back said it was PC.They said repair would be 200.00 or more. Could not afford it so I took cord and laptop home. I used a friends cord just to see if it would work sure enough it did. This shop is totally dishonest.

Fantastic place. Bill and Brian were both extremely knowledgeable and helped me out a lot. I went in planning on buying a new desktop, but they helped my upgrade my current one to be better than I ever thought it could be, making fantastic suggestions and being very helpful the whole time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
