This gamestop is terrible, maybe the workers are nice to their friends, but they are short and horrible customer service wise with everyone else. I went in to because I was told if I showed up first thing in the morning when shipment arrives I would be able to get one of 3 nintendos that were on the shipment manifest for that day, I was first in the store that morning, shipment was there and they told me id have to come back the next day, mind you this was a couple days before christmas and the only day i had off. Their reasoning being they "only had three people on and probably wouldnt be able to look for it today " I was also told they wouldnt be carrying the playstation vr anymore because it was sold out online, while on the video in the background said it was the top holiday gift this year at gamestop...hire better people.

Game stop will give to $3 dollars for an un sealed 1 day old version of any latest game. Then see it on the shelf for $40. Take in 100 Ps4 games and a Ps4... no problem...Theyll give you $50. They also dont check the quality of the product that they buy. Ive gotten at least 4 used ps3 games that have absolutely no scratches on the under side... but the information side (the label side) is damaged. I am sooo sick of this. Beware of this and make sure to hold the disk up to a bright light and look for any scratches or holes you can see light through. Im absolutely never going to this store again... Id rather see an FYE or Spencers go in that place .

Atrocious customer service, tell you they have stuff when they really dont, even their district manager cant follow through on making things right for customers. I was told " give me a call back and well try to help you out and get you whatever you were looking for " I called back no answer left a message as to what I was looking for, never got a call back or email or text or anything. Take more pride in your company and hire people with a personality.

Dont buy ps2 games there. Changes are that it wont work. Going there is a huge waste of time for ps2. None of the games work and the help offers no compensation no matter how many times you drive down waste gas money and time. REPEAT dont buy ps2 games at this game stop

Only when into this location once, but liked it much more than my local store. Doesnt seem to have the same problem with super pushy and often rude employees who get unpleasant when you wont purchase their upsell junk.

Great place to go to get cheap games! Only problem is you dont get much game stop credit when you bring in games.
