I used to go to Staples first above other stores. When I went there to buy a computer for my son, I found the salesWOMAN unwilling to believe me when I said I was a tech and could handle file transfers, upgrades and installing various devices on my own. As a female tech, I found it quite intolerable and went somewhere else to buy a computer. I have since bought two computers at other places than Staples. I would be unlikely to go back.

I had a problem with an install disc activation code.Amy at in store tech support contacted the vendor and arranged for new numbers.The situation was handled with patience and good humor.Everyone was very nice in a difficult situation,,,,,,,,WELL DONE,,,,, MLR

When you walked in the store it looked outdated. The Manager was pleasant and very helpful, however there were a couple employees that seemed careless and sloppy. When your looking for your basic office supplies Staples is the place to go.

I do most of my tech shopping at Staples now. I bought a chair some months ago. It had a manufacturing defect. Staples exchanged it for me. No hassle.

Staff is friendly. Prices are decent on most items. Its a little outdated but very clean and well organized.
